Walked in during lunch rush hour. The gentleman taking orders was in a long conversation with the woman in front of me and I was slightly annoyed but am patient. Saw him walk over and tell the cashier something before asking for my order. Pretty sure he was asking them to give me a military discount, so when I went to checkout they already applied it, which is amazing service. He was engaging in conversation, polite, and professional. Food was good as usual, but the service here is excellent. This location is the best I’ve visited in the area by far. Highly recommend!

The ladies that made our subs were what really made it worth the money spent. They even assisted us in pranking our dad by placing 1 jalapeño in his sub underneath the lettuce, and marking his sub “Mike’s Way”. I’ll never go to Subway again after this experience.

The gentleman that were working there this evening were great. It’s refreshing to see folks with positive attitudes at work. So many times now a days people (especially in food service) just don’t seem to want to be at work and it shows. All 3 gentlemen there were extremely polite and actually listened and delivered on what the customers were asking for.

Nick, the director was fabulous. I’ve never been to a “fast food” place where the communication and morale was so high. As we ate our sandwiches we watched the employees high five each other after they completed a very large order. It was clean. It was organized. And everyone working seemed happy to be at work and serving. Nick was very good at directing and communicating. He complimented the employees for their hard work AND stayed on top of the customer service. I would’ve gave 10 stars if I could’ve. It was so refreshing to see. Way to go jersey mikes team of evans!!

Bread wasn’t fresh, sandwich was thrown together, the lady that was making the subs kept apologizing to us in line for cursing as she was talking to the other worker, she didn’t care that we were customers. It was 830pm she was ready to close and “over this day”. Very unprofessional.
