We had burgers and they were just frozen pattie type of meat. Super dry and super salty..we should’ve gone to In&out instead…. Do not recommend eating here. The people working there were young and didn’t care about customer service at all, the waitress for the most part did her job and I did get my hamburger refunded when I mentioned to her the patty was a frozen patty. It was 17.99 for store bought frozen pattie . Never again.

Ordered the wing sampler and for the price I was a bit disappointed also ordered the chicken wrap Wich allows you to choose the sauce but seems the sauce just steals the show and not enough chicken nor other items to compliment, The size was lacking too. The staff is too busy hanging out with their friends in the booths and laughing and too busy hanging out in the kitchen together on their phones and talking to pay attention to the customers. Our waitress forgot to put our order in and we waited 40 minutes to get our food (2 adults/2 kids) while larger groups that came in after us were being served their. She didn’t even acknowledge that she forgot about us but as soon as we asked what was going on, our food was out 10 minutes later. (2 basic sandwiches, 1 order kids strips, 1 Mac n cheese)

It’s great! The wings were good and seasoned well, I would recommend not getting the dry rub seasonings. They’re not as good. But, the atmosphere is great if you like a louder, more sporty environment. Overall, it’s a great place to hang out with your homies.

My first time to BWW in Pataluma. Don’t think I will return. Came in on a Sunday around 1pm sat at the tables in the bar. Luckily the bartender waited on us! His service was great, he was friendly and helpful. Now the other server he was horrible. We couldn’t help notice there was only 2 other table that came after us. They waited long periods of time while their waiter walked around, hung out at a table sitting down and did nothing. It was apparent he didn’t want to be there. You could see the bartender wanted to help but the waiter would say no I got it.

Horrible service. We’ve been to several BWW in Houston and never experienced the poor service that we consistently get at the Petaluma location. Today was our last attempt and we didn’t even get the chance to eat. The previous 2 times, the service was rude and slow but we attributed that to the serving staff just having a bad day. After what happened today, we are sure the problem is the actual culture at this location. Too bad, since they have good wings but not good enough to make up for the horrible service.

The food was terrible ordered wings they came out cold!!! and over cooked. No flavor. Also ordered the super nachos with adding brisket. And that didn’t even came on it . We waited 1 hr and nothing . I know they are short stuff but doesn’t mean the food has to be terrible. I love Buffalo Wild Wings hopefully this place gets in the right track or they will probably be shut down from lack of customers

Decided to stop and eat here on our way back home from my 13 year old tournament in Windsor and won’t never come back here. Waitress was really rude food was cold and to top it off gave my daughter the wrong order, two dumbs down.
