I order a martini called the joker, nasty thing I ever tasted. Had another one was alright could of been better. I had salad, it was pitiful. My mother order some steak med well. And had to be sent back but her potatoe was great. The service is slowww…

Servers are fine, but if your best thing is a burger at a steak house that’s a major problem. They need to get a new chef. I was there 3 days in a row – Comped is why I would not pay those prices for that quality. Day 1 ordered 9oz filet med rare and it can med well and I just ate it as I did not want to wait for another. Mashed potatoes and wine was good. Day 2 I ordered prime rib and it was med not med rare that was not the bad part the bad part is that it tasted like nothing. Just meat flavor. No seasoning. Wine and rest was fine. Day 3 I ordered the burger medium and it cam well done but it was juicy and decent but the fries were horrible. They add some chives and other junk that just look bad and dont taste well. I just scraped all that junk off.

Absolutely horrible!! Slow service. Over cooked filet. Which was so tough I doubt it was even a filet. Over cooked a second time. Lobster tail was tougher than the steak. Over cooked to the point it lost all seafood flavor and tasted like nothing. Do not eat here. Looks nice online, but it isn’t. I wished I read these reviews before eating here

Overall the food wasn’t bad but not worth the prices that they are charging. Brussels sprouts were over cooked and dry then prime rib was over salted on the crust and too chewy for $30+ price tag. Don’t waste your time and just go to the buffet.

The 2 stars are for the server, Danel. She was amazing. The food was terrible. No flavor, over cooked, the “crispy” Brussel sprouts are just burnt. They need a new chef and a new owner with those prices and poor quality.

We dined at DJ’s last night. Definitely a different atmosphere from before but it’s very nice. I had my usual, the filet and it was delicious as usual. Very tender, cooked as I ordered it. I’m not really a french fry person but I will say the fries that came with the steak were very good due to the seasoning that was on it. My husband decided to try the shrimp and grits. He was very pleased with his dinner also. We will go again. The only downside was, We were in there a little over an hour, which is very unusual. Took longer to get our order taken and longer for our food to come out.

This once five star steakhouse is going through a change right now with their new menu. It is a lot smaller of a menu with a new seating layout. With the old wall removed the atmosphere is like your eating on the casino floor and not in a steakhouse that you have to make reservations ahead of time. The food quality is still top notch along with the spectacular service but the atmosphere kills the whole experience. Still worth it.

My family likes to have a nice meal out every week. Most of the time we will go to places like Hemisphere, Steventons, or even Ruthies (why we would ever try Djs) We don’t gamble, so to go to this restaurant was purely out of looking for a decent meal. $174 (3 of us before tip) later what we received was a half decent filet sitting on steaksauce. No lie, the steak sat on A1!!! That should be enough said, but I’m going to back track a bit, all of this was after standing at the hostess area for 10 minutes. Several people seen us, but their bartenders and other waitstaff just watched us stand there without a word said. Besides the overcooked steak sitting on A1, being ignored by staff,, we also had an open view of the casino. I’m being sarcastic, it was a joke. Amazing that this restaurant can charge the food at these rates!! The worst fine dining/steak restaurant in the quad cities hands down!! I would’ve undoubtedly been happier to have taken Culver’s home. Sad…

This restaurant is inside Jumers casino in Rock Island Illinois. It is an upscale intimate restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. The service was great and we enjoyed everything we ordered. We started with the stuffed Mushrooms followed with the Ribeye steak for me and Scallops for my wife, it was awsome. Keep in mind this is upscale establishment so it’s pricey but we had a wonderful time and will go back.
