My beef and cheddar was dry and cold. My curly fries were over cooked. Excessive weight time considering I was the only one in the drive-through and it didn’t appear to me that the restaurant had customers inside. And not one napkin. Super frustrating and disappointed as I was particularly hungry.

I had ordered a french dip and swiss meal from arby’s and the bread seemed stale and the roast beef was cold, as if it had been sitting out all day. On top of this issue the aus ju this arby’s gave me was cold and not very tasty. I talked to a manager about it and she was not very helpful at all and brushed off my concerns. I can’t fathom how horrible my experience with this particular arby’s was. I truly hope that none of you will eat here because of the low quality of the food. Horrible service and food, 0/10.

Food was what you’d expect from an arbys, was good if you’re craving it. Store was somewhat clean but every table was dirty which made eating in kinda hard. If I stopped here I just would recommend the drive thru so you don’t have to see the inside

Food was good. But the cashier wasnt very helpful at all. She was rude and kept forgetting what we said. Even tho the renovations look nice the staff needs some work. At 7pm when its totally dark out they didnt have the exterior lights on. I have worked for Arbys twice for the same people who own this one and the Hartland one and geez… Needs some work

I would not absolutely not reccomend anybody eat at this location. They are dirty. Their bathrooms are disgusting. I ordered my food only to get it given to me and when I bit into my sandwich i found a piece of hair in it that looked like pubic hair. That is so disgusting. When i approached and asked for a manager they told me she was not in. So I spoke with nanager on duty that night and they did not replace the food and accused me of making up stories. The staff was very rude. I will never eat there again. First time impressions are everything. And my first time impression with them was soo very bad. Please take my advice and eat at another Arbys. Im so disappointed in management at white lake Arbys.
