When I arrived I sat on the front counter area and first thing I was asked was”are you going to order something ” I was like “yes ” so then a different waitress came to take my order. The burger was small for the price, but it did have a good pepper flavor. I have had better burgers and service at less expensive places.

We got the food to go. A bit slower than the website stated to complete the order, but the extra wait was minimal. Good burger. It’s not the best on the island, but it’s reasonably priced. We’ve been almost every trip down here, so obviously, we are happy here. Accurate order completion and friendly staff. The website could use some updates, like adding condiments (my daughter wanted ranch dressing with her onion rings). It’s easy enough to ask for it in store, however.

We came in on a rainy day and no one was there. Our waitress was very efficient and friendly. Restaurant was clean. We had a total of 8 people in our party. We order a few shakes, which they messed up on, they were supposed to be Oreo Strawberry crumbles and we just got strawberry shakes. A few of the burgers were a little dry and they did completely forget one whole order on the order of 8. Nothing really amazing about the food it is an average burger joint

Same ol Johnny Rockets that I remember from years and years ago. A juicy, delicious “Original” burger, plenty of condiments, filtered water. We tried to eat out on a Saturday night here on SPI and the wait was 60 minutes, an hour and a half, ugh, another line out the door, but at Johnny Rockets, no line, no waiting, and quick service. Win, win, win.

Higher quality food than we expected, and pretty quick delivery in terms of how fast we got the food. Atmosphere is plain, nothing too special, so make sure you have something to entertain yourself with. Very kind customer service, especially as we left. Would visit for a quick stop while traveling.

Ordered Food and as I was waiting my shakes got handed to me before I got my Food and was told it would be a little longer. As I waited I was watching my Food get made and noticed a lady in the back grabbing fries with her bare hand and putting them in baskets to go out to customers. So I told the waitress to tell the lady she need to first off use gloves when handling Food. They seemed very upset that I would correct this bad food handling practice. As i was waiting fries had been sitting out way before my burgers were even started so of course the fries were cold.When I finally got the food 15 minutes had passed and the shakes were melted and the bacon was still undercooked. Seems to me there needs to be better management to ensure food is being delivered safely and all the food is hot and to safe eating temperature. This was very disappointing as I have never eaten here and was excited to try it out. Need someone to fix this before someone gets really sick
