Maybe had she spent less time on her phone and meeting the needs of her customers, she might have gotten a better tip. I could understand not getting a second visit from our waitress had it been busy, but there was maybe a total of 5 or six people in the entire restaurant. And the other waiter had them. She never came back for refills, or to see how our order was!! The food was fantastic! Just shocked over the wait staff.

Ordered online and went to pick up the food. Talked to a few of the guys working while my food was being packed up. The guys were super cool and extremely polite. The atmosphere was inviting and warm. Once I got the food home it was about an hour before my wife and I began to eat it, so it wasn’t even fully hot anymore and certainly wasn’t as if it was fresh off the tray. All that being said, it was still incredibly delicious. This will probably end up being one of our go-to Mexican food date night places. I can’t wait to see how much more delicious the food is when it’s fresh.

Food was amazing as always, great quality and quantity! Our server PJ was the best! I was trying to recruit him to go to the restaurant I work at. If I worked with people half as talented, and half as friendly as him my day would be a breeze. He was really efficient quick and on point, even though he got triple sat. Wonderful experience and staff! Highly recommend!

I love the original and Krugerville locations, but this one was lackluster. The restaurant had a weird sewer smell, it was hot, and the bathroom felt like a sauna. The booths are tiny, barely accommodating two normal sized people. We asked our server for a couple minutes to look over the menu and didn’t see her again for 30 minutes (in a not full restaurant). The food was good (though some of it wasn’t as hot as you’d want), though we had to ask a couple times for things that were supposed to have come with our meals (tortillas for instance). I’ll go back to Ernestos at other locations, but will look at other options for this area.

If you’re considering just go lol this will be your new go to Mexican restaurant. I got Ernesto’s Platter (to try a little bit of a lot) and the chimichanga. Wow- I was so impressed, I didn’t really expect it to be as amazing as it was. The salsa was the only thing I didn’t like as much it was very roasted and the red salsa if I remember correctly was pretty watery and too tomato tasting, the chips were good. The nachos had beans , cheese and beaf of some sort and are to die for. The quesadillas and the flautas were yummy even though they are basic they were still flavorful. The stuffed jalapeños had a fried breading with chicken and cheese which was unique and yummy. The chimichanga cheese sauce was yummy (didn’t taste artificial) and had flavor. The avocado didn’t taste weird or artificial or flavorless. Online the platter says it doesn’t come with sour cream but I wish it did (would of been a nice dip for the flautas and quesadilla. It’s now a new favorite restaurant in rotation.

Wifey surprised us with dinner / takeout earlier. The food was EXCELLENT. The meat was ALL seasoned beautifully, cooked to perfection, and full of flavor. The toppings were all fresh and made for some truly delicious / authentic tacos. A definite revisit for us all and unanimous 5-star votes from every member of the family (no easy task).
