The food was decent. Like my pictures show, it’s best to order in restaurant where your food is being made in front of you, as you get a full bowl and can ask for more to be put on there if not satisfactory.

I’ve literally had chipotle from anywhere and everywhere. This is by far the worst chipotle i’ve ever tried, Guac was brown. Barely gave me little to no stuff. Made me pay for very stale chips. Also had no spoons, the people who work here are rude, Just do not recommend this chipotle. Anywhere but here, makes me literally not want to come back.

Gift cards are cheap pieces of cardboard paper where numbers can rub off after a month in the wallet. I had my gift card wrapped in the last receipt with an available balance of $4.12 clearly labeled. The bar code would not scan and I asked the manager to honor the balance with a manual discount, but she said “sorry” and walked away. A simple, goodwill gesture for a local would have kept a once a week lunch customer. It’s not $4.12; it’s principle and good business/management.

I placed my order online for pick up. No issues with the app or ordering. However I received the wrong order completely. Almost everything was opposite of what I asked for. I tried contacting the restaurant to see if a replacement of my correct order could be made, and after 5 or 6 calls with no answer I gave up. The app gave me a free drink for my trouble or a BOGO deal. I didn’t order a drink to begin with and I already paid for this meal. Heads up to double check your food before leaving.

They used to be good but everytime I have recently ordered the food has been less than desirable. My guac has been brown, my lettuce has cut into giant slimy chunks. I would definitely avoid going here.

I eat chipotle once a week & todays experience was horrible at this location. The Holland chipotle was out of steak, chicken and white rice at 8:40pm. I purchased a drink before I realized the store had nothing available but sprite and lemonade. I worked here when I was in high school and it’s sad to see how much this location changed. I love chipotle but it’s never made correctly anymore.

Hands down, one of the best Chipotle’s in Michigan!!! We come to this location everytime we are in town. This time we visited twice and both times they had every item and were ready with back-ups to refill whatever they run out of. I appreciated the fact that they “filled” my request and were super friendly during the process. Thank you! Will definitely be back! Best tasting, hottest food, ample items, and friendliest customer service Chipotle in Michigan!!! Can’t ask for anything else! (Well, maybe free Guac.?.) LOL.

Missing half the ingredients in my burrito bowl from online order. No meat at all, No guac which i paid extra for, no salsa. No lids in stock at all for my drink even behind the counter. Also forgot the gauc for my chips which i went back in for and got maybe a spoonful for an entire bag of chips.

Order from here, was going to have a friend pick it up, they could not go get it for me and I was stuck at work. I called to have the order canceled, but was told that once it’s order, it can’t be canceled. Got charged for food that I did not get to eat. Don’t eat here, they will rip you off
