Oriental Garden is one extremely convenient Chinese restaurant. As someone who doesn’t have a car, I can very easily come here, get my order and then get back on a bus in a heartbeat. The food, particularly their broccoli and veggies dishes are done quite well. The prices are slightly higher than other similar places, but I have found the quality of their food to be well worth it. The lady at the counter was very eager to please, and quite amicable.

Rude driver, short one. I don’t order from here no more, driver is rude, he messed up my order and got mad at me for opening the bag. Well, how else would I know it was a wrong order if I didn’t open it? He gave me this attitude like his mistake was my fault. “I told you not to open!”

I ordered a pick up, upon arrival I noticed the dinning area was filthy dirty, aquarium at the dinning area was full of mold and disgusting , I was concerned with the cleanliness in the kitchen and manner food is handled and cooked, I went ahead and paid for my food and left. I swear I didn’t have more that 5 bites I got an upset stomach, ran to the bathroom I had never diarrhea so hard in my life. Never again oriental gardens if you can’t clean your disgusting restaurant maybe it’s time to shut it down than sicken us with your unsanitary cooked foods???

I am a senior citizen who has eaten a lot of chinese food over the years. We ordered chicken and broccoli and chicken and cashews and spare ribs from Oriental Garden tonight. It truly was the WORST chinese food I have EVER had! Absolutely totally INEDIBLE. Greasy, tasteless and poor quality ingredients. It’s unfortunate, but my experience was very unsatisfactory and I would never order from here again. I rarely ever write reviews but I felt compelled to do so because the food was THAT bad. Do not recommend. One star since the workers are polite but 0 stars for food.

Food was disgustingly oily and it smelled like old grease. I hope they are not using recycled oil. They don’t follow instructions well the delivery guy doesn’t follow instructions. Better options available.

If you truly value a good customer service experience when choosing a place to eat, DO NOT give this place any business! I ordered last night about an hour before closing and when the delivery driver arrived at my complex he called me because he was confused on exactly where I was located. I could hear the frustration on his voice which quickly turned to anger and yelling because HE was confused. When I finally found him he continued yelling and told me I gave him the wrong address and demanded a tip. Unbeknownst to him, I put the tip on the card during the time I ordered (which he didn’t deserve hindsight). To make matters worse, he proceeded to tell me not to order from the establishment anymore…he doesn’t have to worry, I never will again, and neither should anybody else!

I must’ve ordered three times in the last three years from this place and every time I order it’s the same thing the food is all burnt and I asked him for napkins and forks and they never gave it. also the people that pick up the phone are so unprofessional and rude please don’t order from this place this place is terrible
