New restaurant that we were so fortunate to hear about on our visit to Grand Lake. Amazingly good steakhouse run by a family who own a cattle ranch nearby. We started with the jalapeño poppers and they were gorgeous and the raspberry lemon dipping sauce was perfect. Then we had the best steaks we have ever had! We both had a filet cooked to perfection with a superb but delicate seasoning. We had garlic mash which was fluffy and just great and green beans that we were told are also local and perfectly cooked with another excellent dressing.

Excellent steak!! This new restaurant in Grand Lake is such a wonderful addition. What local or tourist in Colorado’s high country is not looking for a great steakhouse?? Thanks to Fitch Ranch for a delicious dinner!! (And Hailey was a great server! Friendly, polite and attentive — but not always in your face.) YUM!!

We were excited to try a new place to eat in the Grand Lake area. We were disappointed. We ordered drinks, but they didn’t show up until after our dinner was served. I have never had that happen. We ordered a salad and it was fine. On the dinner, everything is a la carte. My husband and I split the 16 of. Steak and ordered a side of garlic mashed potatoes. The garlic mashed were ok, but there were chucks of potato that had not been mashed. Because I had to wait for my drink, my food was Luke warm at best. No bread to accompany the meal. I like the food at their hunger place, DEBBIE’S Diner, but this place is way too expensive for what you get.

Great place to go with family or friends! Delicious steaks and specials that change daily. I had the salt & pepper skirt steak with garlic mashed potatoes, and green beans and a Moo-mosa to drink! Staff is all really friendly and attentive. Will definitely be coming back ASAP!

We’ve been part-time residents in Grand Lake for the last 9 years. The restaurant beef is local, from Parshall. Best; Angus burger, steak, beer battered fries, frittes, all things quality beef this restaurant is 5star in Grand Lake. Wait staff and kitchen is both friendly efficient. The cocktails are creative.

Amazing food and people. First time we came was for burgers. They knocked it out of the park. We came back for the steaks. Unreal! Good stuff. And don’t sleep on the Rocky Mountain Oysters.

absolutely love this new restaurant! desserts are to die for. i tried the cremé brûlée and the campfire cookie that was served in a cast iron skillet and both were delicious! highly recommended!!
