The food was good. Ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich with Mac and cheese and a Red passion fruit lemonade… the mac and cheese container was hot so i was expecting too hot to eat mac and cheese.. took a bite and it was cold took it back, they heated it up…. I decided to get a refill before I left. As I walked up, I watched the cashier make 4 lemonade for a group standing at the register, they must have been friends of the employee, because they didn’t pay. When it was my turn, I was told the passion fruit lemonade was not refillable, so I paid $5.34 for another. Food was decent after the reHeated it

I had to try it, I mean who doesn’t love a good grilled cheese. I think I may have just gotten the wrong thing, which was the grilled chicken club. I suggest getting the fried instead because the grilled isn’t tasty at all. Fries were warm. About $14 for a combo. Not saying not to try but don’t go over board just get something simple. Looks can be deceiving but good presentation though.

I went here today 5/9/2023 at noon. One person was working and she ignored us and the people in front of us. She was making sandwiches probably for a phone order. But she didn’t acknowledge us at all. The couple in front left and we stood there for a minute and she didn’t seem to care. So we left as well. We will never go back to this place if she is working there. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

The short lady up front was very rude and unprofessional. I asked for my son’s side to his meal and for the drink that I was clearly charged for and she said I didn’t pay for it and never gave me the drink and then continued to be rude and argue with me even tho I had the reciepts in my hand. This Lady dose not deserve to have a job in customer service at all. As I was standing there to order she was yelling at the other 2 kids that were discussing the menu that they where not in the right place to order and saying it in a very rude way. That should have been my warning not to even order from this place. This was the 1st and last time ever. As a owner of a business out here in Lakeland if she was my employee I would fire her instantly. She makes the whole place look bad and even I asked for managers name she started again yelling and being rude.

First let me say I have always LOVED Planet Grilled Cheese. I eat it anytime i go to the mall. But today was a totally different experience. I have never experienced someone so rude in my life. First the girl working who says she was the manager in duty (Ashley) if that’s really her name was being so extremely rude the young man running the register (who she ended up telling me was NOT an employee there) was her brother. I tried to hold my feelings to myself the first 5 times she was so mean and rude to him anytime he asked her for help. I eventually told her how rude she was being to him and that she really shouldn’t treat him like that period but definitely not in front of customers. She proceeded to tell me she didn’t care and that it was none of my business..i told her it was my business thst i was a customer and she is supposed to be professional with customers. She told me we don’t care B#@%$. I asked for the owners name and she told me figure it out on your own B%-*&. And that they were like family so it wouldn’t matter if i reported her. Employees like this will run your business into the ground. I will not return if she is working because she has absolutely NO customer service skills whatsoever also no human being should be treated like that especially someone who is special needs like her brother is or appeared to be. If the owners of this Planet Grilled Cheese don’t care that their employees treat people like this then i will no longer support their business. Let’s just say she was so rude she made my 12 year old daughter cry because of how she treated the young man. He didn’t deserve anything like she was being to him. Im highly offended and upset that she treats her family and customers that way!
