Stopped in to grab 3 shakes for takeout. 20 minutes later we still didn’t have our shakes. 5-6 people/groups ordered & left. We had to ask to get our shakes made. Very disappointed in the service. Never had such poor service at a 5 Guys. The shakes were ok.

Friendly staff and both of my 2 Cheeseburgers were well done except it had too much grease on both of the Cheeseburgers. Also, overpriced just for one Cheeseburger and for one small or one medium sized fountain drink. I enjoyed going to Five Guys every once in a while but I am not impressed about how Five Guys have been charging their customers.

I ordered a small bacon cheeseburger with BBQ sauce, pickles and lettuce on the side, seasoned fries, everything was delicious, staff was friendly and accommodating, place looks clean. Very pleased with this experience!

Got home with the burger and found a hair in the burger. Completely disgusting. How does this happen?? It’s a black/brown hair much longer than mine and it was stuck IN BETWEEN THE BURGER AND CHEESE so I know it’s not mine. Ordered today (7/29) for pick up at 145pm so whoever was working then did it.
