Good breakfast, not great. Service was awesome and a wonderful ambience. Very nice, friendly, and accommodating staff. Would definitely return. Had the Skillet, Eggs Benedict, toasted biscuit, and grits. Coffee was average not bold but refilled often.

My sister and I love diners and as we were driving we looked over and saw Sally’s. We stopped, walked in were greeted immediately. Sat down and our waitress came right over and got our drink order. The food was so good. We got an omlet and it was really good. We will definitely go again. Very clean!!

Couldn’t wait to write this review. First let me start by saying I’ve had pretty good experiences at this establishment before today. I have been coming here for MANY years and use to be a server myself. I have tipped above and beyond. I have brought colleagues there for lunch and even went there for breakfast with all of my family. Where to start? Let’s start with my order. I placed a pick up order online, paid online. All I had to do is go in and pick it up. The lady greeted me, I told her why I was there and she said ok your food should be right up. Perfect. Sat down and got my food. Got to my car, opened it up. I ordered fries and when I opened it up they were soggy Home fries. I went back in and asked the lady if I could please give these back as they were not what I expected or if I could just get something else cheaper. She looked at me and said no we can’t do any of that. Then she proceeded to say, if you’re picking up for a delivery why are you opening the bag. I said mam, I paid for this online and this is for myself. She said ok in that case then I don’t care what you do with it. I said ok so just to be clear, I cannot get a refund even though I am willing to give you this food? I cannot get something cheaper? She said no dispute this through your bank. We can’t do it because of our system I know you don’t understand but you’ll have to dispute it with your bank. I said ok and walked out. No apology or empathy. She then proceeded to say I’m not trying to be rude or mean but home fries won’t change no matter what restaurant you go too. She was so unbelievably rude and disrespectful. I have never EVER had such a horrible customer service experience as the one I encountered today. I use to love this place. I’m not sure if this lady was the owner or just a server. If you read this or to whom ever reads this, please know that you can relay a message without an attitude and that would go along way. Without the attitude, you probably would have gotten a better rating even if I didn’t like the outcome. The way you spoke to me is unprofessional, disrespectful, lack of customer service, and you aren’t the type of person to be working in the hospitality industry. I do understand that we all have our days but you were clearly just rude and disrespectful. I’ll attach a picture of my very dry French toast and disgusting soggy “home fries”. I truly hope this was not the owner.

The restaurant was definitely easy to get into with plenty of parking and the location is perfect. It has an excellent selection of food to choose from and the cooks in the kitchen. Definitely know what they’re doing period. I would highly recommend This diner as as a wonderful place to have breakfast and or lunch at a reasonable price.

So the positives first…the waitress was nice, the prices were decent and the food was hot-ish. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The huge sausages were gross and grease-filled. The decor was dated. The service was very slow. The food was flavorness. The wait staff seemed so scattered. I felt bad for them. It just wasn’t the good. I ordered a side of gyro meat. Big mistake. It looked disgusting. Maybe I should have had something else. It’s a skip for me.

Nice warm friendly neighborhood place. Food has been great every time. Real good hamburgers. Real ones not frozen hockey pucks. Service has been friendly, generally quick unless the girls are really slammed. Seems that everyone that walks in the door says hello, as they go to their table.
