The family meal deal was an excellent choice. Plenty of leftovers even. The staff was kinda Spaced out,maybe new staff? But well worth the $. Guacamole is dang good second to Whole Foods.

12/19 visit have to drop rating from 5 to 2 stars, last few visits they’ve given us wrong items that we ordered through the app and didn’t check until getting home but this last trip my wife and I both got sick which carried on for over 24 hours, won’t ever eat at this location again….

Had great service one day then a week or two passes and I go to get a half decent meal while on my lunch break and there’s employees inside cleaning with doors locked at 9:50pm, I get some people don’t wanna clean after there shift but some of us only have 30min for lunch and we work 2nd shift and would still like to get served. This restaurant would get a lot more business and probably better reviews if it stay opened till 10pm like it advertised

Absolutely horrible watching someone treat customers awful! Witnessed a young lady dumping chips all over the floor and just walked through them like they were flowers. All along continuing to shovel them in bags handing them to customers while they stood in amazement. This place needs some serious work. Customer service is absolutely out the window.

went today and i never have seen employees more miserable at their job, i asked questions about the green items being (parsley & i don’t even know the other one because the employee didn’t even know) i asked about the other sauce (chipotle i’m guessing) but the employee didn’t know what the sauce was even called.

I used to love this place but lately it is IMPOSSIBLE to get your food in less than 20 minutes. They’re always “out” of rice, and the staff isn’t exactly polite. Today they were “out” of eating utensils too. I am finished buying lunch at this place.

Thanks for ruining a mother’s day lunch. We walked in, no one in line, great. There were other families dining, great. I noticed 5 employees, so seemed sufficiently staffed. These are all good signs for a diecently good experience, NOPE!!!!! I ordered a child bowl/meal, all well and good with the girls making it although the ingredient selections were limited and the containers/prep area was messy, but as I mentioned, there were other families so maybe they hadn’t gotten a chance to tidy up. Half way through my order an older lady yells from the back to the girl prepping my bowl and rudely demands she finish my order, take gloves off, and clock out.. I politely informed the girls that I had 2 others standing with me whom would be on then same order, she replied “ah don’t worry about it”. Sure enough, she ungloved after passing my bowl on, didn’t acknowledge my daughter or husband and walks away leaving them standing and no one too take their order until my bowl was finished and I spoke up to another girl at the register that they were both with me. Ok, giving them the benefit of being young/inexperienced and having a very rude manager, I overlooked. They finally got their order, I pay, and we sat down. The dining room was untidy with dirty tables and chairs strewn, but again gave them the benefit, and I wiped down our table. We ordered a small bowl, regular bowl, a burrito, and queso w/chips. I chose chips for my side bowl. My husband wanted beef burrito, she gave him steak, he overlooked it. I opened both bags of chips and they were brown, over cooked, burnt, and tasted burnt. I grabbed both bags, went to register, informed them they were burnt and not eatable and asked if I could have them replaced to which the girl replied, “yeah, we know, but there is nothing we can do about it.” I asked, “can you please at the least replace these, I wouldn’t have ordered extra quaso, or chips as my side if i’d known I was going to be served chips that weren’t eatable.” The girl rudely replied again, “there is nothing we can do about it!” So I sat back down, obviously aggravated, but we continued to attempt to salvage what we could of the remainder of our meal with my husband having to dissect and remove the steak and it was dry, tough, and also not eatable. Out of the 4 other families dining I noticed not one was eating their chips either. The slap on the face came when an employee, the initial girl whom stepped away while in the middle of our order, came out with fresh canister refills, made herself a bowl, proceeded to get herself chips, noticed they were burnt, handed the other 2 girls a burnt chip to try, they each said, “yuck/gross”, then she went and got another batch of chips, made herself a bag, tossed a few scoops in with the remainder of the burnt ones, handed the other girls a fresh chip again to try, they both replied, “oh way better.” Then she continued to sit down to eat her fresh meal, but not before yelling back to the others, “oh its nasty out here!”

The staff was extremely rude. As I waited in line, it finally got to my turn and with a very hateful attitude the lady says “Now what do you want?!” I ordered a burrito bowl and 3 steak tacos with cheese in corn tortillas. The GM says that will be an up charge for corn when it clearly says on their menu 3 tacos $10 something flour or corn. I just went with it. She makes my bowl- wraps just three corn tortillas up in foil and I said “ Ma’am there should be steak and shredded cheese.” Then instead of steak she immediately puts chicken instead. I didn’t say anything as I was just ready to get the hell out of there. Good grief- train your people better and don’t be so dang rude. I made a special trip 45 minutes away to come here and will not be back.
