The guy with dread name Malik super rude, first of all I drove a whole 30 min to get to the here on time before you close, I get eye rolling just because you are upset that you want to leave on time. I get there, the chair and tables are up and floor is wet and I have to walk on wet floor making sure I don’t slip. Another customer walk in and you blow your eyes and head around disappointment that you have to take one other person. I don’t even get a hi or thank you. The place close at 9pm not at 8:50pm so next time be patient as you are not the only person that have some place to be

I can’t speak to the food because I was never served. My family walked in, was told they would “be right with us.” Waited. Waited. In walks a white customer and magically they’re no longer busy and take HIS order as I stand there. I left immediately and won’t be back.

I have tried several subs from Jimmy John’s and unfortunately did not like any of them except their new Smokin’Kickin’Chicken which is fantastic! Only problem is it’s only available for a limited time! That being said, the employees at this location are great! Malik helped me out and was very nice and went above and beyond to resolve a problem that was not of his or any of the other employees doing. If you like Jimmy John’s this 1 is top notch!

The workers were very pleasant and the store was clean. The sandwich itself was not good. The bread was chewy. The sandwich was as flat as paper. You couldn’t tell there was meat and veggies in it. There was hardly any meat, oil, and vinegar. Would not recommend eating here again because the price was too high for a sandwich that hardly had anything on it.

This is our quick go to place since it is very easy, not too expensive, and we like their sandwiches. It is also nice to have an option for when you might not get to your food right away. Jimmy Johns is a pretty basic menu in that it is just sandwiches and chips, but they are usually quick with the order (multiple times they had my order ready within 5 minutes) and have a pickup shelf that makes grab-and-go extra easy. The app also tells you when it is ready so you don’t have to enter the store until your order is ready. There is a subway nearby, but my family prefers Jimmy Johns. We have eaten inside before, which is also pretty basic (just some hard benches with tables).

Previously (before quarantine) I placed an order at this location and received my order an hour and 40 minutes later. After calling three times on the status each update was that they would have it to us as quickly as they could. Never once offered a refund or points to get a free sandwich- nothing to make their mistake better. I’ve quit ordering delivery and have been doing pick up, which has been fine. Today however (during quarantine/covid), our family decided to place an order for delivery because we had a promo code. Within the app I never found where to place the promo code, but proceeded with the order because we were hungry. Our delivery was made within a normal amount of time with this order, however the drink was forgotten. The delivery guy had an “oh well” attitude about it and again didn’t offer anything to correct their mistake. I love their sandwiches, I ordered from Jimmy Johns all the time while I lived in GA. However this location is severely slacking in customer service and proper management. For me, I’ll be spending my money elsewhere when a sub craving hits. Disappointed is an understatement.

We were extremely pleased with our experience at the Merchant’s Plaza Jimmy Johns in Woodbridge. The first contact we had was with Quianna, by phone, who was very pleasant and helpful. Then with Christian when we went to the shop to place the order. He too was helpful and courteous and gave suggestions. Again Quianna, was helpful when we picked up our order-which was ready even before the scheduled time. We would highly recommend this location and will probably use them in the future. Way to GO!!
