I place a breakfast order once a week for the same exact thing. I have even complemented them for getting my beverage ready for me as other restaurants do not do that on an online take-out order. this morning I believe they knew I was in a hurry and asked me to go back out to my car and grab the confirmation code for my online order. When I got back in with my phone the front register guy said he would be right with me just to see a text? No thank you . I grabbed my order and left. will not be ordering from here again.

Food was overpriced, undersized and generally…meh. Man yelling expediting orders sent my anxiety through the roof! Only saving grace was the cashier…who was cool and level-headed… definitely needs a raise!! Overhead her saying she usually works at a different store but was helping out…they needed it! Dining room was disgusting! Out of lids food drinks, napkins and ketchup. Had to wait, again, in line to request them.

The GM was disgustingly rude. I’ve never been treated so badly at a fast food restaurant I understand fast food sucks but it’s your decision to make it your career. I don’t understand what her problem is. Most of the workers weren’t working and on their phones while a few were running most of the positions in their own. This place is the absolute worst.

Hardee’s has good flame grilled burgers, but this time I wanted something different. I ordered the chicken tenders and was blown away! Every bite was great tasting meat and flavor, and good portions as well. Nothing like the cat food from McDonald’s. The sweet tea is brewed as well, not out of the gun. The service was great and friendly. I look forward to coming back. Just try to keep the doors and windows a little cleaner.
