Some of the best ramen I have ever tasted. Came here with my best friend after the movies and got seated and our orders placed immediately. The service was attentive without being overbearing. The food was absolutely amazing, and the whole vibe of the place was friendly and generally delightful. Easily one of your best places I’ve been in Dallas, and I have lived here my whole life.

3-stars but I think I may have ordered the wrong thing. I will be back to give this place another shot because they have some interesting items on the menu. I ordered the cheesy curry ramen which would be awesome if you’re into Japanese yellow curry, but it’s one of those things that I fell out of love with a long time ago.

Absolutely delicious! From the ramen to everything we ordered. We all ordered a different ramen broth and they each distinctly tasted different unlike other franchises where the same broth is used. I got the spicy black tonkotsu and there were so many pieces of pork! I especially liked their wasabi! It was airy and so fresh! The plum wine was good but beware, it was strong!

Solid ramen spot! We got the spicy curry ramen, spicy double char siu black tonkotsu, and tonkotsu ramen. The spicy curry ramen was very flavorful; I wish it was more hot (temperature wise) since it was leaning closer to warm. The spicy double char siu black tonkotsu was very creamy and had a lot of flavor, probably the best one we got. The tonkatsu ramen was also a solid choice. I was thrown off by the spinach being more raw since it’s usually cooked. The restaurant is also very warm so eating hot ramen in the summer isn’t the most ideal, but overall, the food wasn’t bad.

If I could give Waya 10/10 I would ! This quaint ramen shop should be your next stop for ramen!! They had so many variety of ramen that I’ve never seen at other ramen shops! You need to order the tomato ramen! You will not regret it! I tried their tonkatsu and miso and they were both delicious!

Really good food. All of their red meat is port they can substitute for beef with a fee. Although there was hair in my food, they took it back and gave me a dessert on the house.

We ordered the spicy curry ramen with cheese, which was possibly the best ramen I’ve ever had — topped with ground pork, egg, corn, veggies — the curry was beyond rich in flavour! Highly highly recommend!

Great food. VERY WARM inside. Wanted a dessert to-go. I came in at 815PM. Closing at 9PM. Wouldn’t give me a dessert to-go since it was past 9PM. Wish the server would have asked if I wanted anything else before you cannot add to your order. Otherwise great experience. Will go back.
