DO NOT GO HERE! I’ve been to this McDonald’s twice now, both time in the drive-thru. The first time I waited nearly 10 minutes in the drive through line waiting for someone to take my order, finally gave up and left. I tried it again about a month later (it’s the closest one to our house) and the exact same thing happened again. I have no idea how they manage to stay open with this type of service.

Food is out in reasonable time. The only issue is, it’s a 50/50 shot if you get anyone who knows how to say please or thank you. “Move forward to that spot. It isn’t ready.” How about, “can you please pull up to number 2, and we will be out with your food shortly”. Or when they give you your food and you look them dead in their eye and say thank you as nice as humanly possible, which i always say please and thank you, they act like you are just alive to bother them and cloths the window. Now, there have been many people who are very nice, usually morning, but it’s 50/50.

Well… they were not busy. Two oars in the drive-thru & no customers dining inside. I ordered Quarter Pounder Deluxe Meal. Every single french fry was hard as rocks. My qp cheese burger had NO bottom bun. Lifting my burger out the box and under the meat pattie is cheese melted into the cardboard. So done with this location in Tillman’s Corner. Mistakes happen… but EVERY single visit has been beyond disappointing. My dollars will be spent elsewhere.

Worst service! 25 mins for a cup of coffee while other customers were waiting to order. Manager was asked to get workers to front to serve people, her answer “I’ll off the clock.” Health board should be called too. If they care nothing about the customers, then they care nothing about cleaning.
