I had The Bobbie delivered through DoorDash! It was delivered quickly and was very delicious! This is the second time I’ve tried The Bobbie! I’ve never tasted a sandwich quite like this and I’m very impressed! I highly recommend this restaurant and this sandwich! The prices are also very reasonable, the sandwiches are huge!

Love the sandwiches and even the price BUT the Capriotti’s at Greg and McCarren can’t ever seem to answer the phone…. bad service. Capriotti’s near the University is awesome though – they answer the phone, might F up a sandwich every now and then though.

Absolutely love Capriotti’s! My all-time favorite sandwich is the Bobbi! Thanksgiving in a sandwich sooo good. I highly recommend it! It’s easier to order online and pick it up rather than go inside and order. Sometimes, the lines can get crazy and staff will get backed up with orders.

First off I want to start off by saying I love your guys’s sandwiches!! But The woman working the pick up counter when I picked up my online order was extremely rude. I ordered two sandwiches and the new French dip sandwich. When they handed me the aju sauce it was like a quarter of the way filled so I asked if I could have a another cup. She rolled her eyes said that’s fine but I’ll have to charge you for it. That’s fine. I don’t mind paying for another cup but There was a huge line of people waiting to place orders so I didn’t want to inconvenience Anyone else, or wait in line for 10 minutes to pay for an extra sauce. I nicely asked her. Well. Can you at least fill the cup the rest of the way up and she rolled her eyes again at me and asked three different people if she should do it. She did finally did fill the cup up to just halfway and handed it to me. I said thank you and she just turned around and walked away. It’s not about paying for the sauce. I don’t have a problem paying for the sauce but I do have a problem with when I’m spending $50 on three sandwiches and Your employee dealing with paying customers is acting like she is annoyed to help people!!!

Their in store menu has no ingredients so you have no clue what you’re ordering. Then the sandwich they gave me looked really gross like they just threw it together without caring. We were the only two people in the store so it’s not like they were in a rush or anything. Very disappointing. Will not order from them anymore.

I get on a bender coming to this location because when it’s good, it’s addicting. The Slaw-be-jo, Bobbie, and chicken cheesesteak sandwiches are unique and amazing. People might say it’s a little more expensive, but the size of what you get can’t be beat. The only thing that kills it for me and breaks the cycle of going there for a bit is the consistency. Twice I’ve had a bone in my sandwich, and once there was almost an entire fat cap off the steak. Other than those things, I’ve never had an issue and continue to go back when those cravings kick in.
