I love this place. The food is amazing. I tried the pull pork BBQ and it was great. The atmosphere is Always great. The music be on point. Today I was serviced by a very nice lady named Yuse F. She was very nice gave excellent customer service. Kept me informed on how much longer my food would take. Greeted me with a smile and said thank you at the end. Now days everyone acts like they hate their jobs and makes you feel like you’re bothering them. But not here. If you’re in this area you must stop in you want regret it.

Service was horrible!! The lady that works at the counter at the Lovejoy location, has a very rude demeanor. The food doesn’t taste as good as the one in Jonesboro by Roses. I will never go to the Lovejoy location again at night . Hopefully she only works at night.

We always stay here when we visit for the Provision Conference at Faith Life Church. The rooms are clean and nice. Not dated and it is quiet! They have the coolest fire pit out front and I enjoy using the gym. The coffee is great and plentiful. Staff responds promptly when you call. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for, right?

Just left after spending 15 minutes for a gentleman to take my order. He had asked me to wait a minute. A young lady walks in and he overlooks me and takes her order immediately. Poor Customer Service. I won’t be back.

I rate Love Joy 4, the potato was OK, extra toppings are $2.50 menu says $1.50, Cashier was not welcoming, never smiled. They offered combo for $4 drink and cake, almost had me till i looked at the cake… No Thanks. Ima go to the other one next time im sure they are friendly.

All ppl that work here are rude never met someone who isn’t, they act like ppl be trying to steal they food, why come to predominantly black neighborhoods and act like DoorDashers trying to rob them? Everytime I door dash either as a driver or a customer here they want me to confirm I received the order before even receiving it or knowing if the food is right. Sometimes I order my food through door dash and pick it up and they harass me as if I have to confirm order when I paid my hard earned money to buy from them, I think they have door dash drivers and actual doordash customers confused. When you are doordash customer that comes to pick up your own order there is no confirm pickup button. I’ll never order or dash from this place again. Sorry if ppl steal from y’all but everyone isn’t a theft so don’t treat me like one.
