A decent looking, clean place. Seems efficient in getting the food prepared and done right, but maybe too efficient. Hard to get someone attention when one needs something extra. Had to wait until they brought my wife’s order to let them know the hot sauce bin

I ordered from the kiosk, cheesy beannn rice, no one was in the corporation. Waited too long before I asked about my order, finally she said they only accept cash at the drive through, not inside. I asked if she could just place my order through the computer at the drive through. Then she ignored me and someone else behind the counter told me albelrtsons was still open. Asked if I knew anyone who would slave their life away for 15 dollars an hour. What a long strange trip it’s been.

The slowest “fast food” you’ll experience. Don’t bother asking for changes to your items, they won’t follow them. Flies ALWAYS in the store no matter the time of year. Former employees will tell you how management is.

I’m not one to review a place, but this place should be shut down. There is always an issue, nothing is ever available at night, or they say they aren’t open because of some issue at least 4 hours before closing. I try again every couple of months thinking things will change and it has yet to do so. Employees are unfriendly and at one time I got charged the same price for half a dozen cinna-bites as a dozen and when asked why wouldn’t I get a 12 piece because that’s what I initially asked for I got an attitude and a window slammed in my face.

Worst Taco Bell ever! They have really gone down hill. They are stingy and cheap as possible at this location. Dirty, rude, clueless, arrogant. They charge a special “Ashland price”. The bean burrito should be $1.39, as it is everywhere else but you get to pay $1.79. You think they pass the extra money on to their employees? Perish the thought. Somehow the taco bell on the beach in Half Moon Bay California charges the regular prices. They don’t accept online orders here either. Come on people we deserve better. Take the 10 minute drive to Medford if you want taco bell. Better yet go to In N Out Burger and get clean, excellent food every time for the same price no matter where you go.

Horribly rude staff that I can only assume is in training, and kept messing up the order then telling us to wait. Still managed to mess it up after we had to wait over a half an hour for two plain tacos which wasn’t what we ordered.

Okay the food industry has gone downhill they don’t take pride in the way that they deal with their food not only that they’re people that work inside are just rude there are a couple nice ones but for the most part it’s a charge 50 cents for a burrito I wouldn’t pay 25

It is fast food, which means it is food-like product, at best it used to be cheap and fast, but no more. It costs about the same as a coffee house/diner meal. People are to busy.⁹

The Taco Bell at this location in Ashland is just okay. The food from there is decent, and the employees are fairly friendly. The restaurant itself is conveniently located on the corner. However it is in a semi sketchy area, so definitely lock your vehicle and keep an eye on it if you’re going inside. Or use the drive-thru..
