I came here on a date and we decided to sit on the patio. It was a bad first impression when we walked outside and had to awkwardly stand around while they tried to find another chair so we could both sit down. Once we sat I noticed my silverware and cup were dirty. We were given water within a few minutes, but waited about 15 more minutes for our waiter to come take a drink order. It started to rain a bit, obviously not blaming the restaurant for this, but the staff showed no interest in helping people feel comfortable. We sat in the rain while I saw an older woman at another table with her friends trying to drag an outdoor umbrella to their table while the staff walked around. We grabbed our drinks and went inside where we awkwardly stood for about 5 minutes to be acknowledged and reseated. The whole experience was uncomfortable and the staff was unprofessional. For such an expensive restaurant I wouldn’t expect the staff to be wearing tennis skirts and dirty shoes. After ordering a bottle of wine priced at over twice its actual value and two appetizers my date felt uncomfortable and didn’t want to get entrees so we went to another restaurant. Service was so slow that someone had to walk inside to the bar from the patio to order more wine. The waiter brought our bill and took payment without saying a word to either of us or saying anything as we walked out the door. It appeared everyone in the restaurant was getting equally apathetic service, but at least the appetizers tasted good.

Went here for a special occasion with family and the experience was not great like it had been when we visited years ago. Servers were kind, but not quick to check on us. Our main server didn’t really know much about the menu or alcohol offered. We asked questions about appetizers on the menu and it felt like the server didn’t know what to say other than the ingredient list. Sometimes it’s just good to hear what is popular or maybe if the staff has some favorites. Good conversations with a server can make a dining experience feel more genuine and that the staff believes the food is actually good. It just felt like there was a disconnect between the restaurant’s fine dining image and the actual food/dining experience.

This place was a wonderful venue to host our 7 sisters reunion. First time since 2020. The food was excellent. Our server, Jackson, was kind, attentive, and engaging to our group. The private room was an especially wonderful surprise! All other staff were friendly and kind as well.

While the food was great, it was hindered by the staff. Couldn’t keep orders straight (use a note pad. You aren’t impressing people by not getting the memorized order right). Didn’t check in with the table. Had to ask for desert menu 3 times. Drinks were slow, and he was confused. Even took forever to get the check. After dessert, I kept waiting over 15 minutes before I said, “Let’s go and see if they stop us.” Then I got the check.

I cannot believe I hadn’t heard of people talking about this restaurant before. Everything was excellent. Service, food, ambiance. Abby our server was so personable & attentive. The food was great. I LOVED the patio (just bring bug spray since that’s part of being by plants). A GEM of a restaurant. We got the kir royale for drinks, crab cake app, the halibut which was delicious & the creme brûlée & chocolate caramel pecan tart . The creme brûlée was not the best I’ve had but the tart was great.

The food hit the mark but the service was severely lacking and would make us think twice about going back. Overlong wait to get a first drink, 30 minute gap after food delivery before the server came back to ask if we needed anything else, which we did, could never get our water refilled and ordered wine which never arrived. The building and multiple small room layout is something that appeals, but on this occasion it just resulted in some areas being left unattended for the evening.

Extremely attentive staff with excellent drinks and great food. The outdoor patio is relaxing and inviting. They gladly gave our large group separate checks.
