As they always take time to bring the pizza to your house, we decided to put the order to pick up when I got to the store. They did not have the name of my order. They asked me for the phone number. They asked what phone number I called and yes it was the store that is in spring valley, that store where is hard for you to found parking space, after10 minutes in the restaurant try to figure out for my order another employee appeared this one found my order under the name of another person and another phone number Apparently they had confused the orders. after picking up my order when I got home they were not the pizzas as I ordered them please gentlemen, let’s pay more attention to the customer when ordering and be more kind because you are the one that make the mistake and instead of apologizing you are still rude. I didn’t get to ask for anything for free, I pay for a service.

Clearly this store is under new management! I ordered my pizza for in store pick up and it was a 10 minute drive to the store, my order was being completed as I walked in. The place was clean the staff was busy and immediately asked me about my order. The manager was on the floor and directing staff and working with them to ensure a quick and seamless transaction. I will go back and would recommend it to others!

I placed my order at 11:29pm. As usual my singular one topping pie was prepped baked and quality checked. The issue arises when my pizza was quality checked at 11:47 all until 12:32. My delivery driver did an amazing job of delivering it quickly but it should never take over an hour to receive a pizza especially since the email I received promised a 20-30 minute delivery. On top of that when I called the store to inquire about my pre paid meal, I did not receive an answer at all, and i called twice. do better.

RUDE AND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! NEVER PLACE AN ORDER WITH SPRING VALLEYS LOCATION !!!!!!!!! If I could give something less than zero stars I would. I placed an order with the Spring Valley store and after over an hour of waiting and not receiving my order I called the store and spoke to someone I believe his name was Jamaal and then the MANAGER Herbert. They were EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful, hung up on me several times and refused to answer my phone calls and did nothing to rectify the issue. They sucked their teeth and HERBERT THE MANAGER can be heard saying yo just hang up on her put her on hold. They told me THEY messed up because someone called stating to cancel an order and they gave out MY address to a stranger and they said yes that’s the one, cancel it. Without ever calling me or asking the person what the address was they canceled the order. If I would have never called I would have never known about them cancelling my order. So how do I confirm that I was refunded my money ? I received no sort of confirmation that my order was canceled and that I will be returned my money. LASTLY, their manager HERBERT was like well I ain’t sending out no free food. No one was asking for free food so that statement was complete irrelevant. Clearly I had the money since I prepaid for it already. They assume everyone wants a handout for whatever reason and that’s not ok. I just want my money back so they don’t turn around and say they delivered my food because they messed up and Im out my money because of their mistake. Corporate needs to do something because they shouldn’t be getting away with this disgusting behavior. Definitely will neverrrrr be ordering Dominos again. RUDE & HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

So the first time I ordered around 10:30pm and didn’t receive my order after 12am. Pizza burnt and cold. So the franchise gave me a gift certificate for the inconvenience. This time I go to use my gift certificate and manager at the store doesn’t sound friendly to take my order and said I couldn’t use my gift certificate for delivery??? The gift certificate does not state that it had to be specifically a carryout order. Whatever, I’m able to work through it and get the order for delivery. Now It’s over an hour, and again the pizza has not even left the store. The store is not even 10 mins away from me. Smh

I placed and order at around 12:30ish pm. It stated that the order left the store at 1:18pm. Keep in mind that the driving distance from the store and my place is only 2 minutes. At 1:45 pm i called the store to see what happened to the order, whoever responded Spain’s to give them another 10 minutes because they only have one driver and he has 3 deliveries. Okay… 20 minutes later i called back (because the order was still not there) to let them know they no longer need to deliver the order to me and all i got from the person was “okay”. Great costumer service Bertin…not.
