This was the worst pizza I have ever received from our local Pizza Hut here in Camdenton, MO. Toppings were not spread equally and were skimpy at best. When I attempted to call and complain, I was cut off and hung up on twice. I will be stopping there in person tomorrow and requesting a refund.

01/21/23 – Very disappointed. The reddish haired woman who serviced us at the window was extremely rude. Ask about additional sauce and get the reply, “you get what they put in the box sir.” And close the window as I try to bring 2 large pizzas, Cinnabon, brownies, wings, and bread sticks through my car window at once…. thanks.. Then to get home (20min) to find that the pizza was as messed up as the service. Incorrect. Ordered Jalapeños got mushrooms. Not our pizza.

Extremely disappointed with our visit on 11-27-22 for many reasons… Had the buffet for the 1st time in years and nothing was what it should have been or was in the past so if you go in thinking that you will be disappointed as well… The salad bar had old brown lettuce with very few toppings to offer… They had no red onion… Green olives… chopped bacon… cherry tomatoes…cottage cheese… sunflower seeds…boiled eggs etc etc etc… Now the pizza bar had old pizza when we got there which is puzzling because we arrived 20 minutes after they opened… The pizza was old dry for the most part flavorless garbage that didn’t even resemble a pizza hut pizza… Back in the day a pizza hut buffet was pretty good but not today…

They wouldn’t let us use a certificate that was a month expired for my five year old son that read in school for a whole month. Lame! Won’t ever go here that’s for sure. And we couldn’t use it before because we had gotten rear- ended and had no car for a month.

Open sign was on. Doors locked at 1045 am. Waited another 20 minutes door still locked. Employee opens the door and doesnt know if they are open or not. The employee went to get someone else. And the other person went to the drive through. He came back and still didnt know if they were open. Wont be back there.

Ordered my pizza online 30 minutes ago. Heard them say it was just now being put in the oven after waiting at the door for over 15 minutes. Told them to refund my money and I’d go somewhere else and they aren’t even sure if they refunded me correctly.
