Very awesome manager, he recommended an amazing chicken Alfredo pasta for me when I was feeling indecisive, everything was delicious and it was calm atmosphere. My one and only “problem” was the amount of dishes sitting out, although that did not ruin my experience whatsoever and the mess was eventually cleaned up so kudos to the staff that worked 6/30/2023 at around 4:30pm

Talk about the most unassuming delicious pasta, pizza, and breadsticks I’ve ever had! I admittedly had my doubts about drive through Italian food, but I was BLOWN away. Is it Michelin star level food? No, but it doesn’t pretend to be. It’s hot, flavorful, and cooked so nicely!- the pasta wasn’t over cooked or undercooked, the red sauce and the Alfredo sauce was so flavorful, as well as the breadsticks and pizza. Do NOT pass this place up!

Not looking for a completely authentic Italian experience but want to carb load on something seriously delicious this place will do the trick. The food is really good especially for the value. Average price is about 7$ and you will leave full and satisfied due to the generous portions they divy out. Highlight of the meal was the bread sticks which would make even olive garden bow down. Cheesecake was bursting with notes of cinnamon and vanilla I was shocked. For a fast food joint this place delivered at each and every turn

They make great Italian food in a fast food settings. The only reason I gave a 4 star is that I had to ask for the bread sticks. We never received any. But I give props for them giving us a huge stack of them for our whole family so that was nice. I got the spicy sausage ziti, combo number 9. For some reason, it was spicier than the past. Don’t know if recipe changed but it was my upper limit of spiciness. But very good!

Food is good but for the second time I ordered chicken with my fettuccine Alfredo and was not given chicken. I am not certain whether I was charged but I ordered chicken and they verified chicken and I did not receive chicken.

Love the store! The staff was friendly and the prices here are good for the level of quality of food that you get. Unfortunately, I’m leaving fewer stars because it seemed like the staff was very unhappy with our group coming in…or maybe just in general. We got our order in and our food in a decent time, but when we asked about breadsticks they didn’t seem like they were able or wanting to give us some. We ordered over 10 entrees and multiple kids plates and in the time we were there at the restaurant they only brought one plate of breadsticks. This did force us to go to the bar and asked about them and being told that they were on their way we waited and waited and waited… We ended up having to go back to the bar and pick up some plates of breadsticks ourselves because no one ever brought them to the table. There were also were two parties of people and one party never even received their breadsticks for their orders at all. I hate complaining about things like this because I know they’re complimentary… But it says a lot about a shop when they go out of their way to help customers and do the little things like bring them a plate of breadsticks without making it seem like it’s a burden or a chore. I appreciate the atmosphere of the shop and the large area for seating of small and large groups. Thank you so much!

Customer service was amazing. Very clean and professional. I had Loaded fettuccini great taste just very dry and cold. I had 2 ask for alfredo sauce and the sauce was hotter than my dinner.
