Today at 3:30 I went to buy dinner it was early and I realize that it’s never fresh because of the time I waited for to re-cook and my chicken and green beans was fine. My husband’s beef and broccoli had four pieces of meat and all vegetable it was unfortunately not a good visit. I called the store to let them know and they had no concern with what I had told them we will not be going back to the Casselberry store, which was the better of the two.

This was by far the worst experience and I probably will never eat Panda Express again. I used to like it a lot and since I haven’t had it in a while, I decided to order some. Bro that tasted horrible. Half of it was inedible. The rangoons were not fully cooked. The teriyaki chicken was mainly fatty pieces of chicken and didn’t have the teriyaki sauce on it, which is mainly why I got it. If I wanted fatty plain grilled chicken, I would have cooked it myself. The beef tasted like dog food and was also very fatty (either fatty or not cooked all the way). There was also just about two slivers of the beef. The broccoli was not cooked all the way. The rice and chow mien were okay but not delicious.

Food was excellent! I really like this establishment. However, today the staff’s attitude was off. I was never greeted when I entered the premises (which is a tradition of Panda Express). A staff member began to take my order – then tried to have another staff take my order. That particular staff member was clearly taking drive thru orders and was complaining that she could not understand the drive-thru customer. She passed me back to the original staff member who then proceeded to filled my tray with the side order of chow- mein. Instead of completing my order, she passed me off to another staff member. He did not know what I wanted and I had to repeat my order because she did not indicate on the takeout tray my order. To top it off, I did not get a fortune cookie. Again, the food was delicious. However, It appeared there was a problem among the staff. The 1-star rating is due to the lack of customer service. Get your act together or you will lose customers!

This location is probably the worst one I’ve experienced. I placed am online order at 6:45pm, said it would be ready for pick up at 7:05pm. I go in and my order wasn’t ready, server stated online orders were backed up. Mine was the only online order there waiting to be fulfilled. I stood there and watched them serve 4 different people before even attempting to start my online order!! I was in the store for 20mins waiting for my order. By the time they started my order, they ran out of super greens; adding another 8 minute wait. The super greens were hard as a rock! And the server didn’t add my 3 apple crisps that come with the 3 cub meals I ordered. Needles to say I’ll never come back to this location.

Been coming here for a while and it’s usually good. However, on occasion, there is usually something as an issue. Either they won’t supply you the necessary utensils, or when you tell the drive through attendant to include the fortune for the kids, we don’t receive any.

Walk in at 12:30pm to 8 employees standing around while 6 of the 10 or so entrees were down to half a scoop or so and dried up, same with the rice and super greens. The server looked shocked when we asked for fresh entrees instead of taking the dried remnants of this mornings leftovers. And then when I got my tray I had the smallest servings ive ever seen at a Panda express and once again shocked the server by asking for more (A regular serving). I understand the idea of being efficient with the food, but its a huge disappointment as a consumer to walk in and see the commonly eaten entrees not being refreshed regularly during regular lunch periods.

Ordered Uber eats. Worst meal I’ve had in Orlando. Terrible food. Orange chicken, teriyaki chicken and the ragoon was the worst tasting. Don’t waste your money. Really really bad. Teriyaki Chicken looked old, tasted old and under cooked. Just plain bad food. Don’t even think about it. Pass trust me — I took the chance but never again.

We get our orders via Uber Eats. We love the Kung Pao chicken, crispy shrimp, Mongolian beef, super greens, chow mein. Always fresh and tasty, on time delivery. Wish more variety but enjoyable.

We went there yesterday a little bit after lunch and it was nice that it was not busy. We each had a bowl and with one added item. The first was the Shanghi Angus Steak with vegetables. The Shangi steak and vegetables were fresh and hot. There were equal portions and a lot for the money and the same went with the others meal. The other had the Honey Walnut Shrimp with Chinese rice. Both were delicious. If you want something other then Chinese food this is the place to try.
