I don’t know how people can even give 2 stars to this restaurant, is one of the nastiest places I have ever seen, went to the bathroom to clean my hands, and covered up my face with my t-shirt, that was the only time that I wish to have a mask, window dirty, walls dirty, floor dirty, nobody was wearing gloves, the smell was bad, I ordered a sandwich they gave me a piece of charcoal, ceiling was about to come down, tubes light fixture with out cover, staff listening hip-hop so loud like they were at club, trash everywhere, customer service really bad…i pay for my meal and as soon as I get to my truck I put everything on the trash, I not even trying, not even the drink, those places have to be revived, the nasties place for food I ever been, if you eat over there and you don’t notice nothing what I mentioned then you are nasty too

The food was terrible taste as though it was refried, never had church’s chicken tasted that bad. The service was great, but their drive-thru speaker wasn’t working, and the drive around the building could use some cleaning. I drove 40 minutes to get some church’s chicken and was highly disappointed.

I’ve been trying to call this place for two days and nobody seem to answer the phone. I live 30mins away and wanted some churches chicken. Ordered an 8 mixed means white and dark meat correct? Well these ppl gave me all dark (don’t even eat thighs) and been missing one biscuit. The cashier even repeated my order to me and still didn’t give me my correct order. This was a total damn near $30 to get not what I wanted. I’m very disappointed. Next time I’ll take my business ELSE WHERE!

Worst place to go. Save your money for Popeyes or chic fil a. They got my order wrong the first time. We wanted the spicy chicken tenders and fries. They charged for regular tenders and spicy rice. We went and fixed it, came home and it was still wrong. They never fixed anything from what we had. It’s like they didn’t even check to see if it was wrong. So now I have rice that I didn’t even want instead of fries and regular chicken. Thanks a lot staff. Hard working for sure.
