Drive through has a nice sprinkler system that sprays directly into your car. When it’s raining. Ordered drinks during happy hour. It’s called that because it literally takes an hour. There’s nothing to be happy about here. With all the focus on jackassing around, it’s no wonder service is terrible.

When we pulled up we could not hear the gal over the machine not she is. So, she came out to the car and took our order in person. So sweet and friendly and a customer service attitude that I’ve been missing lately. Read our order back to us, made sure everyone was happy. Then brought our order out personally. We went here for “fast food” because we had 20 minutes to kill before picking up our son. We ordered are drinks relatively fast and waited 25 minutes for 2 small drinks. We had to call the daycare he was at and tell them we would be late. We paid 6.99 for our drinks and they charged us 8.35. Messy inside as well-no service thier either.

Terrible experience. Never eating there again. 45 min wait time, charged the incorrect amount for a value cheeseburger, asked for no bun due to allergy and there was wet bun on the bottom of the burger so when I asked them to double check it, obviously they quickly took it off so they didn’t have to remake it. My son couldn’t eat it. Ordered peppers instead of tots on a coney dog meal and got 2 orders of mozzarella sticks instead. My chili tots came out as fries and when I asked them to remake it, the tots were cold. Don’t waste your time or money!!!!!! It’s consistently like this at this location, today was the worst!

Employee came out fifteen minutes after we ordered to announce that they weren’t taking orders in lobby, with us needing to remind them we’ve already ordered.We waited more than a half an hour for food that wasn’t fresh and the popcorn chicken and pretzel sticks were extremely dry. I just wasn’t impressed. The service was okay and the food was about the same. I know most people don’t dine in at Sonic and I recommend it stays that way. The dining area doesn’t seem to get a lot of attention and leaves a lot to be desired. They do have some UW gear hanging on the walls which is better than nothing I guess. The biggest disappointment was the restroom. It was dirty and did not smell good.
