I agree with another reviewer – Sara Rose. DO NOT GO HERE FOR FOR FOOD AFTER 9pm. They really rip you off. You will end up with orders that are small even if there’s still a lot in the pan. Few shrimps (3-5pcs) Chicken Teriyaki 3-4 small strips and a very “CRISPY” fried rice. I think it’s been sitting there too long. Not coming back here

The fact that I paid my hard earned money for this to be 1/4 to 1/2 full is wild. This has happened twice going through the drive through. The first time I was willing to accept it was busy but I got played twice now. My fiancés bowl with fried rice and orange chicken literally had 5 pieces of chicken. I’m just saying, the panda on the Air Force base never does this.

They always seem to serve my family fine and we get big orders. Not sure why so many have had bad experiences. I’ve seen way worse too. Servers seem friendly enough and food has been good every visit.

I never would of thought the words Panda Express and bad service would come together in one sentence until I visited this place, first, I’ve literally had a complaint every visit which I never had an issue with any other panda ever! My online orders are never ready in time, I waited almost 45 minutes for my food. Food is never ready even during normal peak hours. Today topped with the rude server Paola she wouldn’t even look at me, didn’t say thank you all she said was have a good one! The demeanor in how she said it was totally rude. I’m considering going else where if they can’t get it together

I would not even rate this place with one star! My husband and I ordered food from here around 10 am during a weekday, as we had just flew in from Arizona to visit family. The cashier was being very very pushy about us agreeing to submit a survey for the restaurant. Personally, I don’t think they should be bribing people asking for surveys when their food tastes terrible. Not just that but got myself and my husband food poisoning. Their orange chicken tasted old like it had been sitting there for days. Please DO NOT GO THERE! If you don’t want to get sick.

First ordering from this location and it also happens to be the last. I ordered take out and used my 25% welcome discount for using their app.

It’s good for fast cravings. Most everything seems greasy or fried or sweet and overbreaded. The portions are small and the prices are high. I’d prefer to spend this money in a real Asian restaurant and get higher portion and quality of food.

My boyfriend went to pick us up dinner. I sent him with a post it note with my order. Girl behind the counter grabbed it from him and walked away. He tried ordering food for himself, but she wouldn’t listen. He paid for my order and left. My orange chicken had 5 pieces in the order and my steamed rice was scraped from the bottom of the pan and was dry and brown. Don’t waste your money!!

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a lot of food, including a large drink. The root beer was flat and undrinkable. Would have been better off ordering a free tap water than a not-free flat soda. Tried to fill out the “contact us” page on the corporate website, but it isn’t functioning. Checking the soda syrups is a simple, straightforward task and when it’s not done and people order a soda through the drive-thru that’s not right, it ruins the whole meal.

I don’t mind going to this location, however, I did ask for a decent amount of sauces as we practically got a family feast, and the worker in the DT window actually said she couldn’t.
