I’m sad I have to write this because their burgers are SO good but their staff is incompetent. They close whenever the hell they feel like it, even up to 30 minutes before the posted closing time. They’ve canceled my orders twice on DoorDash because they didn’t feel like making food after 7:30 pm. I haven’t been able to get food from them for the past three visits now because even though the open sign is on, they lock the door early!

I get a text message stating my food is ready, however unfortunately when I get there I am greeted by no food. So, I wait. When I get back with the food, not only is the order wrong, but there contains none of the sauces I order and the food tastes like actual trash. I don’t know I bother, but now understand why the Stratford store closed.

I would love to leave a five star, however I can’t. Food was spectacular! Me and my wife crave going here all the time because it’s close and convenient, and the burgers are so delicious! However… the past three times we’ve come, they always seem to be closing when we’re ordering? And the shake machine is always broken? And only specific things on the menu are able to be ordered. Love the food, just wish I could order off the whole menu, and try one of their spectacular shakes!

The food is good but the people they hire have got to be some of the most incompetent people I’ve ever came across in my entire life. Countless times have they messed up my order, whether it’s completely forgetting something, or giving me the wrong thing. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Management doesn’t seem to care at all cause it’s been like this for years.

The food was good, and the service was nice. But note to self to the manager who works here. If you are going to prep food in the front where customers can see you wear gloves. Watching her scoop icecream amd seeing the icecream on her hands as she prepared the shakes. Made me upset. When I asked about different shakes found out she was the manager doing it just because the food is cold doesnt mean your germs are safe. Wear gloves lady. This place could work on cleanliness.

I went to the restaurant at 8pm and the staff stated the restaurant is closed. Then we see they let someone else in. What kind of restaurant does that. If you say you close at 9, why are you denying customers.

The service was great. The two people working there (Harry and Sebash(?)) were really friendly. On top of the friendly service the food was high quality and fresh. Give those two a raise. I came here a while ago and was expecting something similar but this was just much better than I had expected. It’s a little hidden away in a shopping center but it’s worth stopping by.
