Staff was severely rude and talked rudely about customers behind the counter and stated that it was disgusting that customers would even eat at Taco Bell staff also messed up our order several times and rudely slid our order to us over the counter with a huge attitude. As a supervisor myself I’m appalled by this stores staff and a whole new rehire needs to be put in order. They have most definitely lost a customer and several of my family members as a customer.

I placed an online Grab N Go order on the app, while parked at the Walmart across the street at about 11:40am on a Saturday. I ordered Two Cheesy Gordita Crunches and a drink. It was ready right at the time I walked up to the counter after only driving from across the street. The Gorditas were picture perfect. Staff was nice. I’d surely go back to this Taco Bell.

I pass up the Taco Bell on Brown St. to go to this one. The service here is great. They fulfill your orders to the best of their ability. The staff always seems so chill when I get my food from here. They’ve never given me a bad order. Sauce is always in the bag. This is probably one of the best Taco Bell on the southside.

This place depends on when u go and who’s working. . . I’ve wasted hundreds on bad food and service in the last couple years. . . Mornings on weekends are not as good as during the week. . . Lunch is usually straight. . . Dinner is a farce. . . The foods awful. . . More shell less ingredients. . . Staff hates everyone and dont wanna be there. . . Smoke weed outside the building in packs leaving u sit in line. . . Then whenever they get a good night crew . . . They dont last long before they are tired of the internal drama and move on. . . . I gave up eating here unless its between noon and 2pm

I recently applied to that location and my interview was Friday at 4:15 the lady who was stocky she wears eyeglasses and she acted as if my she didn’t receive my application and I showed Her my email and I told her very professionally that we could conduct a interview the right way and I can redo the application if needed asked me what shift I said morning and she they full come back in a few weeks her tone was unprofessional and the environment made me feel unwelcomed and she was rude to a child the child came for a doordash and told him she didn’t have a order are you sure its correct and he showed her and said we don’t have it he ran told his mom came back and then he left all because she didn’t want to do her job
