We live one mile down the road from here. My husband waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes for just two meals. FaSt fOoD much? We expected cold food when he got home. And we were right. But wait, there’s more! His drink didn’t have ice. My drink barely had ice. His burger that he ordered with no onions, had plenty of onions. I asked for no pickles, but got pickles. Yay! The worst part though? His burger was RAW. Once he noticed it he obviously stopped eating it. Also there was a pie that was 8 hours expired, but I guess that’s not too important when compared to the raw meat. This was our first time to this one since we moved to this side of town, and even though you don’t care to hear it, we won’t be back. Probably because of the raw meat.

The last few times we have come we order a smoothie pay and not up until we go to get the food do they say they don’t have smoothies and they give us a soft drink. A soft drink and a smoothie are not the same price. I know it’s not a lot but after a few trips it starts to add up. You can tell people ahead of time if something is out like tonight we ordered at the screen a pie and were told no pies but we never hear that with the smoothies.

This is by far the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. The owner should fire everyone working 08/24/23 at 0650 pm. I asked for lemonade to be added to the Arnold Palmer I paid for and didnt get. It was such a burden, I told them to forget it after several minutes. The girl walked by with my cup and passed it on to someone else who didnt want the job either. Seriously? This place is a joke and I’ll never stop here again. I should’ve went to the one at Wall Triana and 72 instead.

slowest McDonald’s in North America……..been to this McDonald’s many different times to pickup orders and the wait is always horrendously long even when it’s not busy AT ALL, but this time I waited 70 minutes for a FEW happy meals that eventually were never made even after I checked with them multiple times. I eventually canceled the doordash pickup after texting the customer and they already understood how bad this McDonald’s actually is. 20 different people came after me and waited a long time also, yet they got their meals before me, and many of them had things missing resulting in the customers coming back.

I go to this McDonald’s all the time on my way home from work but I tend to wait forever on my food to get out to me. It’s the worst location to order food of you are needing to be somewhere because they are SUPER SLOW… There is alot of younger people working there and I catch them cussing and goofing off all the time when I order inside. They need to have some respect for the customers & especially when my kids are with me, don’t be cussing.

Drove through on my way from work around 7:30 PM on 10/29/22. I ordered the quarter pounder meal with no onions or pickles. Got home the burger was very cold. There were onions in the box so I checked the burger. They had scrapped off the onions and pickles from an old burger.

In spite of their schedule claiming 24/7 hours, this location, was not open upon my arrival on the premises. The woman that took my order was friendly, but cut me off before I was finished and rushed me to the window. I did not get the food that I asked for, and the sweet tea was leftover from the previous night, and tasted like old sugar water.

Ordered curbside and it started raining. After a awhiel I felt bad and stood at the door they bring it out of staring at employees through window after awhile. 45 minutes in I walk and ask and they had made it and they had just sat it down in the back without attempting to bring it out . My 2 burgers…. Now cold . After wayyy to long waiting and trying to be nice. Worst location I’ve ever been to on the regular. Cold, slow, hard to get someone to talk to. 0/10
