Fryers need cleaned or something. Its like the grease is super old. Hopefully they have already cleaned their fryers.. This is my only complaint though. Service was good and we were treated with courtesy and respect.

I’m not normally one to leave reviews, as I understand many places are short staffed etc right now. However I have had several bad experiences at the Berrien Springs Taco Bell. Half the time, they aren’t open as their hours state. Sometimes I feel they just don’t want to wait on people, especially in the mornings. When you do get them to take your order, they are extremely slow, and mix orders up often. This morning I ordered breakfast, and it was cold, not grilled at all, and thrown together to the point I ended up throwing it away. My breakfast burrito hardly had anything inside it, and wasn’t even wrapped. We don’t have many options in this town as far as fast food or restaurants. It’s unfortunate Taco Bell has been so disappointing lately.

Food is usually standard, with some exceptions of generous servings of sauce packets. However, I’d advise NOT to order after 7 PM. It says they’re open from 12, but they always seem to be having problems around then. Been waiting 10 minutes just to order while at the intercom, and another 20 for just one order in front of me. If the problems are THAT bad they should just let people know why, or just say you’re closed early and put a sign on the drive through. It’s very unprofessional, I must say.

Paid for steak to be added to several items. They put 2-3 tiny pieces on the tacos and barely anything the chalupas. $32 was beyond a rip off, we’re done with this place.

Last time i was here was probably 10 months ago, today was in a rush, stopped by to grab something quickly was the only person in the store, order totally wrong even though she called me by my name and handed me a bag. Rodger the manager or whatever seems to think that i should come back in to get a refund on my credit card, which is not true you can revert and cancel charges on a card with no problems. Anyway, wow this store is a russian roulette, good luck to everyone that visits.

I’m pretty disappointed with this Taco Bell. As it is located in a predominantly Seventh-day Adventist area, they should really understand that when someone asks for “no meat” that actually means we don’t eat meat. Two days in a row I have tried to order the Vegetarian Mexican Pizza via the Taco Bell app and both times, it was loaded with beef. And to make things worse, when I went inside to pick up my order, I overheard employees complaing about how complicated my order was. How hard is it to read and follow instructions?!?

I usually go here since I live right down the street but I will never go back. They are usually always out of something anyways.. so today I go in to get a fry box and good thing I always check my food before I eat it. I unwrapped the burrito and this is what I found. How was this missed? I took it back and they tried to give me another one but I don’t trust anything from there now. I wish I could upload the video so you could see it better

There has only been a few tacos bells that I’ve visited in the area with great quality control. This being one of them, I have yet to be unsatisfied with any of my choices. Chain restaurants for me get 5 stars if they can nail the consistency. Sure sometimes it takes a little long but that’s fast food these days. The excellent interactions I have with staff always make up for it.

once again-i make the mistake of going here and the service is terrible. Manager in the morning is not friendly at all. and the workers tried but are not trained and “short staffed” how many people do you need to help 2 people? there were 3 workers they say they are short staffed to help 2 people?
