The burgers taste like the frozen burgers we had in school. These are definitely frozen not freash and u can taste it. The bun is the best part. If u want a GREAT TASTEY BURGER. this is NOT the place. Sorry burger exp. Smh….. my meat the burger meat sucked. Stop using cheap frozen patties.

I ordered three cheeseburgers for delivery. The burgers were very sloppy with huge chunks of onion rather than slices, very sloppy with the sauce and not tasty at all. I don’t think I’ll be a return customer.

I ordered uber eats from here and I had to correct something and The manager Aelsa was more than welcoming to help. He fixed the order before the pick up. He was So friendly and his customer service was A1. My food was hot and fresh and not to mention delicious. Thank you Aelsa at The burger experience, it was just that an experience. Terrible service. Ordered food on Uber eats and this restaurant kept delaying the order for an hour until suddenly the order was canceled because they closed. Terrible service. Online order customer are equally as important. We all pay you for your service and food. Now here I am at 9pm on Christmas Eve and can’t order food because everyone is closing. No wonder you have low ratings on Uber eats.

We ordered doordash two of the green chili cheese burgers which consists of a patty, pepper jack cheese, chile and Chipotle mayo…. that is not anywhere near what we got. We received plain patties with lettuce, tomato, pickle, and onions. By the time received our food it was closed.

This is my second time having this and the first time Was amazing the burger was perfectly cooked and the fries was 5*s second time I hadn’t remember how big the burger was and ordered a triple it took me a while to finish and I loved that and the fries were a bit lacking second time around but the manager was nice enough to fix my order the second time around and I thank you for that.I pray the third time I have this it’s just as good as the first.
