This Chipotle location was really disappointing, the staff was really short with us and almost all the tables were dirty. They were out of carnitas and steak yet the person in front of us was able to get carnitas from the “Togo order line” really not cool. I asked for lemons and they said “we have them, I just don’t feel like cutting them.” Yikes, the staff was clearly just careless about this establishment or the customers.

Just a total embarrassment, they should stop paying for employees tuition and spend more money keeping their items stocked. Never have chips, doesn’t matter how many hours before closing. And when they do have chips, they give you more in the regular than the larger. They always have bad attitudes too, just wasting their lives away.

This is a convenient location, but the staff doesn’t seem to care much about their customers. I often get cold food and old meat, and the wait is very long if you’re dining in. Most of my orders here are mobile orders but there hasn’t been a single time that Ive received my food on time. I don’t know if there’s a management problem or staffing issues but this location could use some serious work. I ordered a steak bowl today for pickup and after waiting an extra 10 minutes for it…. it still ended up being just ok. None of the food was warm enough to actually melt any of the cheese.

Decided to stop here for food on a road trip without realizing we’d be getting there 20 mins until closing, so we ordered online to give them a little extra time. Turns out they had just finished a pretty big rush and ran out of a bunch of ingredients since they were about to close, but they still tried to make our bowls as good as possible, allowing us to basically get whatever we wanted from what was left, very cool server

Certain staff have really ruined this locations reputation. Today, we had a really unfortunate experience. The young blonde woman didn’t seem to want to be at work today. We said Hey how’s it going and received “What do you want?” As a response. I ordered first, when she asked what protein, I asked for steak. She half scooped (4-5 pieces of steak), so I asked “Can I have a bit more please?” She scoffed and said “That’ll be extra”. I nodded in agreement to avoid an argument, but I couldn’t help but wonder why I would pay full price for the lacking first scoop. I also asked for some peppers/onions. She grabbed TWO slivers of peppers. WHAT?!

Dirty. Overflowing trash cans, piles of trash on top. Inconsistent topping, sometimes a lot of one thing (like a massive handful of cheese) and very little if something else (onions and peppers). Couldn’t wrap the burrito right, was burst when opened.

WOW! What a mess.Foors and tables dirty. Some crazy loud heavy beat playing. I could hear the server who was helping me. The steam tables hadn’t been wiped down and food was slopped all over. Lots of staff. We’ve eaten at Chipotle’s in many places and this one needs attention.

We stopped in for dinner and it was filthy dirty. All the tables were dirty, trash cans were over flowing with garbage. My husband went and told one of the workers they were out of coke and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. They definitely need to get some better management in there.
