Excellent experience through and through! Bathrooms clean and intentional. Food delicious and great portions!! The most scallops I may have ever had at Hibachi. Chef was kind and generous and good with our toddler. Hostess was excellent and polite and caring. For people complaining about the auto tip, if you don’t have enough money to tip, you don’t have enough to go out. Wish we lived here bc we would be back often!

The waitress was in a rush and took my order wrong. I got the combination with Scallops and Filet Mignon but they charge me separately. I told the cook that I suppose to have Scallops and they charge me separately 9.95. Bad customer service, they should have honored the customer.

The outside of this place is very unassuming, but the food and service more than makes up for it. Everything was delicious and the portions were huge. Ended up having leftovers that were even better the next day. Server and chef were very friendly and prices are more than reasonable. Haven’t done hibachi in years, but this is by far one of the best experiences.

Service was awesome!!! Food was decent, but…. As soon as I got back to the house I was in the bathroom pooping my insides out. In the 4 hours when I arrived home and went to bed. I pooped numerous times straight water. I would recommend this place to my enemies or to a friend who suffers from constipation. Stay away from the sushi …

Our server could have done little better being it wasn’t busy. Forgot hubby’s drink twice but over all was a good place and will return. Sushi was great also

It was my first time eating at Tokyo and I would definitely return. It’s my daughter’s birthday today and she enjoyed herself as well as the food. The host seating everyone was so friendly and had great customer service, as well as the server and chef! Thank you!

First time trying this place. Ordered hibachi chicken and hibachi steak. The meat was very dry and chewy both the chicken and beef. The miso soup had pasta in it for some reason and tasted like someone dropped a container of pepper seasoning into it. Not very appetizing, the rice was was okay tho.

Came on a Monday night for my anniversary so maybe the vibe was better from previous experiences. The waiter was decent but loved the food and the hibachi chef. Food was really good not salty. Got the dinner for two 3 meats and both of us got soup and salad for $40.

This is my first ever review that I have ever given to a restaurant and unfortunately it was a bad experience. Sat at a table with two other couples that were already seated at the Hibachi. My wife and I ordered the Hibachi combo of Salmon and Chicken, and we were seated to the left of the cook. Two of the other four people ordered the same thing we had, and one was a combination Steak and Chicken and the other a single Chicken. He served our table from right to left and either didn’t bring out enough chicken or didn’t even out the proportions. Because when he got to my wife and I had to share one spatula whereas everyone else had a full spatula of chicken. When the cook realized what had happened, he just said oh well. My wife and I regularly tip well for good service; however, there is an automatic 18% gratuity added, the other couples’ portions were great, and they ate well and got take outs plates; our portions were entirely small to say the least. My advice be the first to get served or else you get scraps. The food tasted ok, but the yum-yum sauce had somewhat of a bitter garlic taste. They also wait for the table to be filled before cooking so be prepared to wait for other guest to arrive and be seated. They cram as many people as possible to a table which makes it uncomfortable. Food is good but it is too overpriced for the amount of food you actually receive. this was our first time and will definitely be our last.
