Had to drive 20 miles because we really wanted Arby’s. When we got home with the food and went to pass it out to everyone half of our order was missing. What was in there was wrong. Called to talk to them about it and the woman ended up getting snotty with me about it. Never again ! I ended up paying $37 for a rubbery chicken sandwich minus the bacon and some cheese sticks and 4 packs of Arby sauce.

Food was fine. Felt bad for the 1 man show at 11 am on a Saturday though. Update. Not real busy. I picked up dinner for the family and got Chinese from next door for myself. Got home to find out I did not have my chicken strips. Yes I should have checked my order, but also the drive through should be just as at fault. Did not want to drive all the way back and the family was hungry so just threw some in the air fryer from home.

The workers were visibly mad that we ordered a shake close to closing, we ordered 2 beef n cheddars and the ribeye meal . The one beef n cheddar tasted almost spoiled. I was most disappointed in the ribeye the smell was awful but I took a bite anyhow and immediately spit it out. It was the elkhart store on cr 17

Donovan at rest of the guys that were short staffed at the Arby’s on 17 absolutely amazed me. For being busy and short handed again he managed to push his employees with positivity and confidence. Definitely an employee you wouldn’t want to lose. Take care of that guy. I’ll always come back.
