My experiences with this Dunkin have been pretty good. Good and quick service. The food and coffee are good. The seating area is alright. If you’re looking to sit down for a little bit, it’s decent enough for coffee and a chat, but it’s not too terribly comfortable.

I’ve hated this location for awhile now, between rude managers leading to rude employees all the way down to the fact I don’t think they even know how to make the items on their menu, my boyfriend and I ordered two avocado TOASTS, hash browns and two donuts along with a drink, the avocado toast is not toast… it’s bread, and I would not make a big deal over this if this had only happened once, but it hasn’t it has happened the last 5 times I’ve tried to order it, to the point I’ve had to ask them to toast the bread when ordering, the hash browns were soggy and lukewarm at best, the two donuts were tastingly stale and felt horrible, all in all this location sucks.

I recently visited this location on a weekday around 11am. I ordered one of their breakfast sandwiches and an iced coffee. The sandwich was handed to me shortly after I arrived at the window, but it seemed none of the three employees wanted to make the iced coffee. Finally the guy running the register went to make it and he reappeared and disappeared several times with a partially filled cup, and then about 5 minutes later handed it to me at the window. I hadn’t eaten all day but the first bite into the breakfast sandwich, cold water was the main taste. The egg was still partially frozen and had water running out of it, and this is when I noticed the bacon was still raw. I tossed both the sandwich and drink at the next trash bin. What a waste of $8!

Food wasn’t great, not that Dunkin food is ever anything to rave about. If you’ve been to a good Dunkin, this one will be a little disappointing. The coffee / lattes are usually fine, I generally don’t order anything over the top, basic vanilla latte, iced. If you go weekdays during breakfast, forget about it, the wait time is insane. Otherwise you can get through fairly easily for drive-thru service. My experience hasn’t been as bad as some other reviews, but I’m not a frequent customer by any means.

I used to work at a dunkin and this one is the absolute worst store imaginable, the store was not even busy and I had to wait 15minutes for a wake up wrap and some hash browns. Only to get home and start eating and notice that my entire order tastes like the cleaning solution that they use to clean the cooking mats. Please for the love of god it is not that hard to rinse the mats after you take them out of the cleaner and before you start cooking on them. The staff was nice but it doesn’t even matter.

Way too many flies in this place. Like an abnormally large amount. Went inside and ordered a coffee with cream and sugar. After paying, I was offered one with cream and Splenda that a customer had ordered and not picked up or something. Why would I want that?

Palmyra Dunkin was SO BAD. Coworkers were cussing at each other with children around. Yelling about who trained this guy… they took my order and I waited for 30 minutes before they told me that they didn’t have what I ordered.
