Stood in line for over 35 min and ignored from where the sign said to order and taken customer at the register where it clearly said to order here to be told at 8:06 that they where closed . Very disrespectful in every way the sign clearly still say open .it’s 8:18 right now.

I came here for some spaghetti, ended up taking it home because I was too tired to stick around in the mall after some shopping. The meatballs tasted like terrible soggy old meat is the best way I can describe it, the marinara was super runny and watery and I honestly started feeling sick a while later. I’m not sure how long that food had been sitting but my body is very sensitive to food poisoning and I’m pretty sure I am dealing with food poisoning or cross contamination of something with mushrooms in it which I am allergic to

Horrible place, I ordered a whole cheese pizza, and we couldn’t finish it all, only one slice left. And asked for an empty slice box rather than carry the whole pizza box and they refused to give it, asked for $1.59 for an empty slice pizza box. Horrible place, will never eat here.

I don’t understand the mentality here. I told the girl specifically what slice I wanted, and when I walked to the register, she went back and got the smallest slice with only 2 slices of pepperoni on it. It makes no sense. Why can’t customers pick the slice they want?????
