The food is a little lackluster. Idk if it’s the economy or they’re just being cheap, but the toaster burger I got was nothing like what I used to get. It was halfway thrown together and was so dang dry I had to choke it down. If I hadn’t been so hungry, I probably would’ve trashed it.

This place is usually a in and out for me but this particular day was not a good one. My husband and I stopped by for sonic blasts and to our surprise, the machine wasn’t working. Ok, I can understand that and so we proceeded to order something else off the menu. Chose to use the card option for payment. The young lady came out to the car and gave us our total. I let her know we paid with a card. She said it didn’t go through. So my husband paid cash and she walked off without giving our change. 3 days later found out the card was charged for his order. Wasn’t a huge amount to dispute it. Just wanted to let people know if use the card option just double check and ask for a receipt. That was my mistake.

Slowest Sonic ever. Twice now, I’ve ordered from the app to pick up in one of the stalls, and each time, it’s taken 25-30 minutes to get the order. The first time was a simple fountain drink and an order of mozzarella sticks. 15-20 minutes after I arrived and checked in from the app, I pressed the red button to see what the problem was. I was told it would be out shortly, and it took at least another 5 minutes to arrive. Most recently, I placed an order for a shake in the app at 8:42pm and was given an arrival time of 8:47pm. I show up on time and check in from the app. Multiple cars around me come and go, also with shakes. 20 minutes goes by, so I press the red button and get told it would be out in a few minutes. The carhop finally got to my car at 9:18, just after trying to give my shake to the car next to me who had just pulled in. I asked if there was something wrong with their mobile ordering system and they said no, they were just busy. I get being busy, but waiting 30 minutes for a single shake is ridiculous. I was told I probably didn’t check in on time, which was wrong, and that certainly I couldn’t have been there for a full 30 minutes. In that time, I could have driven to the next-closest Sonic, ordered the same shake, and driven back. The fact that this has happened twice in a row tells me I probably just shouldn’t come back.

Waited over 45 mins for my order to never come and had to ask for a refund from multiple people and someone finally came out to give me a refund. Everybody I was in front of got their orders except me!

sonic in Byram is horrible every time I go I ask for specific things and they ring it up correctly and still fix it wrong. It takes almost an hour to receive food no matter if they are busy or slow. Blizzards and milkshakes machine never work like no.

Just left this place. Paid for my food with my card. Young lady says it didn’t go through. I showed her where it did. Manager by the name of Zykeria comes out says the same. She had an attitude. Rolling eyes and all. I asked for the location manager. She said she ain’t her. I said what’s her name. She says Toni Peppers. I said what’s your district manager name. She says I don’t know. She was rude. Didn’t attempt to resolve issue.

Just left this location, had a mobile order, Cortez was the carhop and he had to have the best personality with great customer service!!! When hard workers are hard to find, you found the best in him!! Left with a great impression of his service!! Keep it up and he will great heights for the company!!!
