Just mediocre pizza. The pineapple (obviously isn’t fresh – I know) but is lacking in flavor. Many times we have ordered and it is not cut through. My 6 year old found a tiny bug on his slice last time and the wings are severely lacking in sauce. We have ordered from dominoes in many locations over the years and this one is lacking in the quality. The workers are friendly, but I want tasty pizza. They also forgot the dipping sauce for the cinnamon twist things one time as well.

Will NEVER order from here again! Ordered at 610pm on Monday night. The website said 40-50 minutes. When it was 65 minutes I called the phone number and no one ever answers, you just sit on hold forever! Then I found another number that said to contact Scott the manager, so I called and this lady answered and said your pizza is being quality checked, so she transferred me to the actual location which is the same# which I stayed on hold again until I finally hung up. So finally at 7:50pm our pizza was delivered and was cold and the pizza appeared to have been tossed around.

My food tasted great even though I ordered at 11 o’clock at night and my delivery driver dayton was great and he even told me to have a great night and enjoy the pizza overall my experience was great and I will continue to order from this dominoes it really made me and my friends night great we all enjoyed the pizza

A request to have some extract cinnamon sauce on the dessert sticks was met with a curt response from the manager on duty 2/18/23 that Corporate has decided that request cannot be provided anymore. Have ordered from this Johnston IA store every Friday for the past 6 months. Hope the manager can do simple math on how much lost business she has manifested from this comment as it reaches the local social media outlets. Customers have many choices where to spend their money on takeout food and this manager with her unprofessional attitude can look forward to coming up with a plausible reason why her store has become underperforming.

Whoever was working the phone tonight is a wonderful women. I accidentally opted to pay in cash when ordering online but wanted to do with my card. I tired to fix it myself and accidentally ordered a whole nother pizza with my phone. I called and she was super understanding and fixed it right away. Whatever this woman is getting paid, she deserves more.

Really good pizza! Many people don’t like dominos (Some of which I know of) and I don’t really get why. Their pizza is very good with juicy meat and soft, melty cheese. They have a wide selection for their pizzas and alternatives for anyone, delivery also comes really fast withing 10-15 minutes depending on where your at. 5/5 would recommend if looking for a quick pizza meal.

Absolutely terrible customer service. It took over an hour for my order to even pass prep. I understand sometimes things get busy, so I called the store. I asked what was going on and somebody hung up on me. I called back to ask again and also to ask why I got hung up on. the staff responds very negatively. They told me it was busy, in a tone that insinuated that I was doing something wrong so I continued to ask about the attitude that I was given from the staff member, and then she proceeded to say well I can blacklist you and cancel your order for you then and then proceeded to hang up. throughout this, I did use choice words, but only after I was treated like trash by the Dominos staff.

Stopped to get pizza on Saturday at 11pm. Took a little longer than quoted time but the single employee working was very kind and apologetic for it being late. Was still hot and fresh – no big deal at all. Great location.

This is the worst way to order. Ordered 6 pizzas and acknowledged when entered store 35 m later. 30 m later told by the manager they didn’t have an order. Called the call center three times transferred to the store who took the order and asked about the order and placed on hold all three times and no one ever got back on the phone. If I could go negative score I would. Placed on hold a fourth time and told “they we’re busy” (I ordered more than an hour earlier) this took 8 additional minutes of hold time for a total of more than 22 minutes to be told they didn’t have my order. Worst service ever!!
