Hey AFFES food court can you fix pandas POS system so when I come over and buy food and pay they don’t break my debit card. They swipe my card so rough and so many times it broke I had to get a replacement card plus the employees don’t change their gloves and with the same grease hands handle my card leaving it all greasy food it’s great just this need attention.

Do not go here any other time besides lunch. They never have any selection of food and they barely ever have super greens made. They will stop making food hours before they close and only have like 2 premium options available so but then if you want any food you have to buy the premium selection. Wanted to grab something quick for dinner and so disappointed.

Attempted to go here about 45 minutes before closing and was told they were no longer cooking the other day. Today I tried again and had a 10 minute wait for Beijing beef for one order which was fine but got home and found that they didn’t give any orange chicken in my order.

Went at 4:45pm to a place that is supposed to be open until 6pm. They were cleaned up out front and no one in the back would acknowledge me. I don’t want to hear covid bull or employee troubles. If you advertise your hours then either stay till closing or change your advertised hours!

Amazing, amazing, amazing customer service!!! On Friday February 26th, we ordered from here. I called ahead just to confirm they had what we wanted which included 16 wontons, they did. I actually called twice because I had two separate questions and they didn’t seem bothered whatsoever, they took the time to answer my questions, they also took the time to go into details. They even asked for my husband’s name so they knew who would be showing up for the big wonton order along with screenshots. My husband showed up with screenshots of what was going to be ordered so that way he could just show them and not mess up the order LOL. The food was fresh, just the right amount of sauce, and tasted delicious!

Wouldn’t even give a full star, first they took away all Panda Express near me. Then on google it says there is one in Fort Drum NY. We drive all the way there just to find out you need a military ID just to get on base TO GET TO THE PANDA. Very very sad. They should re open one somewhere that is cleaner than the last location here in NY Very disappointed that they took them away, and that I drove almost two hours to get to a panda, that I couldn’t even have. A lot of people miss the food. I guess I’ll drive almost six hours away to Pennsylvania to get Panda Express. ☹️ When there should be one here again.
