The worst customer service experience. From the lack of friendliness when walk-in in to waiting for someone to come to your table and at least acknowledge you. We were seated outside and waited over 10 minutes yet no waiter came to our table, our friends decided to walk out and hopped over to Lucille’s. We were greeted with a smile and promptly asked what we need it. Sat at Lucille’s looking out to Eureka at the outside table we were seated at and still no one bother to check. Stay away from this place unless you really love their nachos l.

The host was a little snooty and not very friendly. She seemed irritated when we asked for a different table and didn’t take the silverware to the new table. Our waitress was very nice. My fig burger was delicious. My wife tried the Chipotle burger. It didn’t have sauce on it, and it tasted bland. The spicy green beans were very salty. I used the sauce from her beans to season my creamed corn.

The atmosphere was nice. Large crowd. Kitchen bustling. The servers were very friendly. I got the bison n fries. The food was ok, nothing to get excited about. It was a little bland. My wife got the chicken sandwich, and it was decent. Maybe if I’m in the area and hungry, I’ll stop by again.

Yummy! Got the Jalapeño Egg burger (medium rare) with fries, Mac and Cheese balls & hot sauce on the side. The burger was so delicious, broke the yolk open and smothered it, everything inside was fresh and the meat was medium rare and so tender. Fries were crispy and acted nice. The mac and cheese balls were great, crispy outside, gooey cheese and pasta inside with nice flavor and slightly spicy. They were so good we ordered another round. Went back again and got the Crispy glazed Brussel sprouts, Double smash burger, & butterscotch pudding. The Brussel sprouts were yummy, smothered in oil and toppings. The burger and fries were great, tender meat and melted cheese with that yummy bread. And the butterscotch pudding was delicious! Nice thick, creamy, delicious and not too sweet. The waitor Beau, was just awesome. The place it’s located right off Topanga, paid parking by the space # or you can park in the big lot and validate. Prices were fair and the staff there was chill and pleasant. They have tables inside and outside.

Every single time it takes way over 10 minutes for a waiter/bartender to come and take the order. Not even a cup of water. The food is great, the only reason I still give this place a chance. I come every time expecting for some reason that they would change but never always the same story. Sad to say I’m never coming back here they got way too many chances.

Had an enjoyable experience dining here on a Sunday night. We were seated right away and service was outstanding. We were in the mood for appetizers and drinks, and they delivered. Tasty chicken wings and that poki stack was everything. We also really liked the eggplant tahini dip. Been here multiple times, always a treat.

Usually I choose to dine in, however I ordered today from uber eats due to a deal that was too good to pass up (40 percent off on top of a buy one get one mac and cheese balls). The Mac and cheese balls are so delicious, creamy decadent mac n cheese fried to perfection topped with cheese with a side of ranch, yum! I also had the cowboy burger with truffle fries. The truffle fries are out of this world, so much cheese and onion, lots of places give you virtually no toppings on the truffle fries but Eureka succeeded my expectations! And the burger was delicious, had just the right amount of pink in it, and didn’t overdue it on bbq sauce. Overall I had a great experience as I always do and I will continue to recommend this place to anyone! Also, if you choose to dine in, there is plenty of available parking in the topanga village, and the staff here will make sure that you have a pleasant experience!
