Very bad experience. Never again at Sarku Tucson Mall. I ordered chicken teriyaki without the sauce or sauce on the side. And they ended giving me all the sauces in my food and extra sauce, so then I came back and complain, he said they can’t do it….he’ll just give me my “fucking” money….exactly how he said it. I was speechless.

It was 6:45 and they close at 7 they said they were already closed. When they clearly looked at each other and like they said no more cause workers looked lazy( the cooks)so unprofessional thru still had time to make one order and on top of that they had 15 mins left to close this proves they close earlier than there close time.

It looks better than it is. Ok, so it’s a Mall Food Court fast food experience but it was really basic. I had the Shrimp Teriyaki combo (meaning a very generous portion of rice). It was actually a pretty big meal but the shrimp were fairly small. Flavors were just ok. Beg hey, it was only $8 and you get to sit and eat and people watch!

Nothing wrong with the food, it’s great. But this place is closed at the most random times and basically makes it impossible to show up on time. They don’t answer the phone so the time can be confirmed. Just a mess of a set up. The mall closes at 8 and they don’t even stay open till then like the mall website or Google or their own website says. You get there before 7 and they’ve been closed since 5:45. Its absolutely ridiculous.
