I feel bad for the owner of this place, really! He seems like a good person. The staff is super rude and very argumentative. This girl wow is all I can say while keeping this thread professional. I explained how I wanted my food prepared , totally disregarded my request. When I brought it to the girl’s attention she got defensive and argumentative which is unacceptable especially in the manner she behaved. I brought my concern to the owner’s attention, he was willing to make it right but at that point with the entire experience baffling, was to late for me! I simply asked for a eggplant parmigiana which was a complete disaster! The only thing that was edible from my dinner which consisted of eggplant parmigiana garlic knots and fries, were the fries. This is a true example of how your staff can run your business into the ground. The quality of the food was definitely not up to par. I asked for the bread to be toasted with the garlic and butter instead they simply opened the sub and slapped the spread on top of the sauce. Picture speaks volumes, and this was disgusting. With this being a 47 dollar dinner this is definitely a waste of money gladly I only had to pay for the fries and knots due to the condition of my pizza last week.

My favorite of the 3 Carmines I’ve been to. When the location on Gibson stopped garlic fries, these guys didn’t (they did eventually bring them back). The other guys don’t have bacon, these guys do.

Yummy, yummy, yummy! This is the place to get your pizza and your wings and your sandwiches or anything else will satisfy your appetite quite easily. Customer service is alive in this place and it is easy to smile when everyone is smiling too! Get here – eat here – repeat! Tell them Chef Uber sent you – follow me for more reviews!

Told us it’d take a few minutes for some pizza and we ended up waiting 45. The person working there was friends with someone so they served them first even though they showed up like 10 minutes after we ordered. Not once were we talked to after being walked past multiple times.

OUTSTANDING STAFF AND THE FOOD IS INCREDIBLE. This was my first time at Carmine and Sons and boy I am so glad that I came. I’m originally from NE Ohio and it’s hard trying to find an Italian Restaurant with good pizza. Well, their Pizza is so incredibly good. I also tried their Pasta Fagioli which was amazing and their Balsamic vignette and House salad did not disappoint. I filled up on the salad, soup and a slice of pizza…I’m so glad because now I have leftover. You have to definitely check them out.
