Called to order a pizza for pickup. Tammy ( employee)answered the phone and was very rude. I started to place my order, she hung up before I was done. This girl has no customer service skills, some retraining might help. I called back within 3 minutes to cancel my order, I was so frustrated. She paused and said she would have to get a manager. REALLY ,to cancel my order.. just cancel it . She should not be answering the phone for orders!! Lost my business !

Stopped here a few days ago and it was a great experience. I wished we had one in the tri-cities. The store was extremely clean, staff was nice, & the food was quick. Love their steak and cheese roll. Only thing I’d add is more seasoning.

Nasty. Poorly cooked items with “tiny” amounts of ingredients on them. Last Subs we bought the meat was burnt & we got 2 tiny quartered slices of tomato & a little “pinched-off” lettuce to put on them. Pizza’s are just as bad. If you’re looking for a real satisfying meal don’t go here.

I ordered my pizza at 7:20 PM for a delivery time of 9:00 PM. Even after 9:30 I still did not get any pizza. When I called, I was told they did not have anyone to deliver it. I asked to cancel and he said they were on the way. Was delivered a cold pizza made 1 hour to sit. Terrible service for an online order 2 hours ahead of time!

I LOVE the flavored crust! The salads are always fresh unlike Domino’s who only gives you a prepackaged one. It’s pricey but worth it in my opinion!
