Rude! Rude! Rude! Mary the front counter worker is about the rudest fast food worker I’ve ever encountered… called wrong burger combo order out 5 times. Then I proceeded to ask her about mine then she says bluntly I’ve called your order 5 times told her it wasn’t mine I was waiting on a famous star burger combo but yet she still told me she has said it 5 times. If you hate your job don’t take it out on other people… won’t be back.

I was trying Hardee’s for the very 1st time in SC and to my surprise, their sandwich was really good (Famus Star w/cheese), better than most other FF chains I’ve had. Not impressed with their French fries pretty regular. Drink options are limited also, too much sodas Also, I’m displeased with their ordering system. I think they need to upgrade to a ticket # system/ Order Name system, for instance, what if there is a high volume of customer, then there’s easily confusion of meals as there’s no proper system in place to match customer order with associated meal. Overall I enjoyed the meal and service and would definitely try again.

Would give a 0 star rating, if possible. Been sitting outside for our food for about 30 minutes now. Watching other people get their orders and go about their way. I’m sure their order might have taken a little less time then ours. But not within the 30 minutes we’ve been sitting here; And the many other guests have been sitting here. Definitely nevercoming to this location again, maybe never a Hardee’s either.
