Amazing. The food is so fresh and good! The Fully Loud Packs are the way to go. Ordered one spicy and one mild, both delicious. Generous portions of seafood in the rice and that Crack Sauce just set it over the top! Get extra sauce!! Definitely recommend.

Found this place and the reviews were great so decided to give it a try. The food was very tasty with their krack sauce. However they do not devein the shrimp and without the sauce they tasted like boiled shrimp. The rice is why this place is getting 4 stars. The service took a little time but they were incredibly busy. There’s not a lot of seating most people were getting their orders to go. Cleanliness boule be better didn’t stop me from eating here

I dined in at the location on Veterans Memorial & ordered the loud pack with extra crack sauce of course & it did not give what is was suppose to give no season at all & I was so upset.. They don’t sale alcohol so the margarita I was craving had to be substituted for a canned sprite smmfh a total waste of money The one in Pearland was & I should’ve followed my first mind…

Lotus is a good seafood restaurant however I don’t like that they don’t clean their shrimp. The service was terrible due to they had a lot of employees in there playing around and no one clean the tables or swept the floor I had to ask them if can they clean an area so we can sit down to eat. The employees had on gloves eating candy in the front then touching plates and putting them in bags and handing them to customers this is not Sanitary.
