Great food with a Asian fusion menu. Food was as delicious as it was unique, and was served extremely fresh. Staff was super helpful with recommendations and through the meal. The buns were one of my personal favorites, but I would reorder everything plus a few new things, which I intend to do next time I am in the area. Definitely a must try in Harrisonburg!

Amazing food! I see why they made a whole restaurant after having a food truck. And for reasonable prices as well. We tried the squash special, steam buns, and fried dumplings. Only complaint is that we wish the servings were bigger so we could eat more! The carrot sake cocktail was delicious as well! Sweetened soy sauce paired excellent with the dumplings. Definitely the brisket also!

I didn’t know pork could taste so good… Amazing food here! Pork belly and brisket are to die for! Good atmosphere and clean surroundings. Staff were very nice and helpful as well. Please don’t pass up an opportunity to eat here. We got the kimchi fries, beef kimbap, and buns sampler- braised pork, brisket, and pork belly. 10/10 wish I lived closer so I could eat here more often.

Mashita was absolutely amazing! We got the following in the pictures to share and were full after finishing it. The buns were so soft, and everything was a total flavor explosion! The sweet and spicy sauce is that good. A total hack is buying takeout and walking down to Sage Bird for a drink. We’ll be back soon!

Was looking for Asian cuisine in the area while on vaca and we hit the jackpot with this establishment. Food is excellent! Had the bimbap with brisket and absolutely love it. The brisket is tender and delicious! We will definitely comeback when we are in the area again.

Absolutely delicious food (we went specifically to get the hot dog specials, they were FANTASTIC); you can tell the chef puts a lot of effort into creating complimentary flavors in the dishes. We originally sat outside but it started raining and our server helped us rush inside real quick–we had the place to ourselves after the Memorial Day rush! They were very helpful and kind, and suggested a delicious dessert.
