I am from California, I was on a business trip in Savannah, GA and I really wanted to eat somewhere I was familiar with. (Wasn’t in the mood to try anything new) when I went into this store I was out at ease with the cleanliness of it AND the customer service. David is who took my order and he made me feel like he actually cared about my experience. The food was good as well!! I was shockingly VERY pleased with my dinner experience that night.

I have to give credit when it’s due. David had great customer service from the time I walked in and placed my order. I tried the new Latto Lemon Pepper and they cooked my order to perfection. Again, David is the reason for this review. He’s awesome! This is definitely someone Wingstop wants on their team. Now, just keep the tables clean and I think the reviews for this location with soar.

Walked in and ordered the Latter combo which included 21 wings and FF. I ordered my food @ 4:38pm I received my food @ 5:15pm. My French Fries were cold and stuck together. One guy ordered his food online and still waited 10min for his order.

Place was horrible I wanted to try something new. Wish I would’ve seen reviews before I went. Waited 40 minutes just for 3 chicken fingers an a chicken sandwich. Then chicken fingers weren’t done an sandwich came with a cup of grease an the breading kept sliding off chicken. I would stay away from this place if you want the best wings in Savannah go to allyannes I promise they want disappoint

Im so sick if this location they never make my food right i asked for lemon pepper all flats but they always dip it in more oil than anything its super frustrating because this is the second time I’ve experienced this and to have to wait 24 to 48 hours for a refund is bizarre
