I stopped through for a snacc to try out the new volcano menu. It was all good. The place was clean. Food prepared in a timely fashion. The place looked better than in past visits. Hopefully, they made some changes after reading the reviews…..UPDATE!!!!!!!! THIS PLACE WILL NOT SEE ME AGAIN THE LITTLE OLD LADY WAS RUDE. After waiting in drive-thru for about 10 to 15 minutes, cause what they do is take your order tell you to wait until they get it together then tell you to pull up . avoid this location!! they completely jacked up my order. they didn’t bother to wrap my food so my taco shell was cracked and everything spilled into the bag. i didn’t receive half of my order. my friend bit into her VEGGIE burrito in which they added beef! i will drive an extra 10 minutes to the midland location. not to mention the employees were rude. how do you mess up someones order so badly and it wasn’t even rush hour? i was the only car there!

Still have not got my order fully correct. Each visit is a surprise to see what will or will not be in my order. I’ve had items I didn’t order and had items missing. I called to speak with the manager. He said he would make things right. Time will tell.

I will no longer patronize this location. Today around 4:00 pm the who took my order (female) was very rude and unprofessional. I never been disrespected by a person who show no mercy. She had no regard toward her customers. I will make sure not to recommend this location to anyone. One bad apple can destroy the whole brushes if not taken out.

Female @ drive thru must have NEVER worked the window. I gave her my uncomplicated order FOUR TIMES & she STILL could NOT GET IT. Another lady FINALLY took my order. Doritos tacos suprime ok, but rice was crunchy & cold as were the beans

Ive always been a taco bell fan for a late night snack after leaving a concert or something late. At the beginning of the year i started on a vegetarian diet and taco bell wasn’t the first place id think would have such an extensive vegetarian menu. They have like 8 different things on the menu. They were all preety good and each was under $2. The little cheese rollup they could have kept but the rest made up for it. Beans,rice, potatoes, guacamole, tomatoes, onions all the good stuff. There was one burrito i forgot to get a picture of but it was the $2 burrito with everything in it. It was fantastic. They are going to be my new go to for a quick vegetarian bite.

Came by for breakfast crunch wrap and was told that the grill was down… this location is less than a year old. I don’t understand why they open so late for breakfast, either. By 9 o’clock most people are already at work. Open at six or seven and you’ll catch the morning rush.
